Johnson Lifts — Lift not working and they are asking us to put AMC which they have not informed

We have installed Johnson Lift for our hostel in Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Our lift is not working for the past 2 days and when we contacted them for service they said we have to put AMC only then they can come for service. They have not come for even free service for the past 1 year and not informed us about the compulsion of AMC for services beyond free service period. The service persons say that their head office has informed them that lifts without AMC are not eligible for service beyond free service period. We are ready to give service charges as our hostelates are suffering without lift for the past 2 days.
