Johnson Lifts — Lift not working well

Myself Kishan Vir Sharma, complained 3 weeks ago regarding our lift installed at my residence H.NO. 590 & 591, Sec-17, Faridabad (HR) -121002. Till date the problem not solved. Lift is not working well. It was purchased last year. We have started to use it just before 2-3 weeks because the kothi was under construction.

The service engineers came to visit it and told that there is problem of card which is not available with us right now. We are facing problem without lift.
pls arrange card and send service engineer to rectify the problem.

Some of 33 nos Lift installed at DGMAP, Siliguri Site is not in running condition where public is being harased. therefore Johnson are requested to attend the lift as soon as possible.and to send the service team because some of lift is yet to be servicing after testing commissioning work.
