We are under annual maintenance contract. Yesterday the service personnel shut the lift saying shaft gear problem.he says it will take 7 days for part.many old personnel and patients are staying and they are facing difficulties.please help help help them. I have learnt from some person although unconfirmed that he was pressurisising for new lift. It is surprising that for a lift part in hyderabad it will take 7 days. Please help immediately.
