I have purchased (Lift: L-N3359) Johnson MINI SUKRANTI LR lift 6 passengers.
We have got handover Certificate from your team on dated[protected]The warranty valid till[protected]Handover certificate enclosed)
This is to bring to your notice that even after doing the proper service on a regular interval, immediately after a day of servicing the lift stops functioning with some problems. We are getting frequent lift breakdown after every service. I feel that there is some issue with your technical team and they are not qualified to handle the issue to troubleshoot the problems or the product is not good as committed by Johnson. Also, your technicians are not disclosing the real issue with us and every time they remove some parts and reinstall it. In the past 5 months after the handover of lift, we have break down more than 5 times, which is not acceptable and not expected from such reputed brand products. Now also they removed some circuit boards from our lift and this is for the 6th time breakdown. This time we didn’t allow them to touch our lift until someone was involved in this matter from higher management to explain the actual fact related to my subject lift. We don’t want to continue in this way and after the warranty period expires it is going to be very expensive to maintain the lifts for the remaining life. We request you to depute some expert service engineer to investigate my lift and proper rectification to be done to our satisfaction. If no proper actions have not been taken within10days after this complaint, we will raise a complaint to consumer court for my rights and losses.
