Johnson Lifts — Regarding repeatedly damage of electrical items and not ready to replace even in AMC

My lift is fully automatic and machine room less . his electronic card getting repeatedly damage . they told to get gold amc that will cover it. but now denying to repair or replace and saying not all are covered. this is total betrayals with customer. i myself recommended this machine to many people but now????
