Greetings !

Here we would like to lodge the Complaint against one Recharge API Vendor Based in Delhi. (Details Given below)

Its our Sincere Request as we are facing Losses / cheating Against the Recharge API Account taken from one Delhi company called Joloapi.com, jolo.in, sms24x7india.com

we are getting the services since one year, in the period they have sopped the services 100 times without any prior notice, they do all this knowingly which effect our business, since 2 days they have stopped the services again without prior notice to us and not yet started and asking for more balance to be taken in API Account to activate the account,

When we asked about this They Suspended our API Account and send us the mail reply as your Account is suspended due to Violation of out terms and conditions. even they are not telling the issue like which term violated as there is no prior agreement and terms updated to us.

They are giving us mental as well as financial torture since long time, whenever we mail they reply after 24 to 48 hrs and all replies are not-satisfactory

May be i am not the only USER of his API there are many more who suffered with such attitude.

They are having our nearly Rs. 1 Lac Recharge balance in his API Account, for which we have sent the mail but they have not yet refunded...

We have sent the 3-4 mails but there is no response in this regard, we want only our money back as well as the reply for more then 250 + Recharges which are in dispute and they have not yet updated us for the same and don't want to refund for these Failed recharges which are showing Success in this API.

Now they have stopped all the services due to this we are getting mental pressure, my family is dependent on me and having financial crisis due to such happenings

Its my KIND Request to HELP me please and give me Justice along with my payment Refund

We have tries Calling them in office hrs but they are not picking the calls from any number..

Sir, i have to update that this matter is very serious as this company may taken CR. of funds virtual in his account and cheating with users in this way, may be i am not the first one to report this to you, may be some other cases registered.

kindly Help we are very small businessman providing online mobile recharges services to some of our distributors and retailers.. due to all this we are not able to do business and getting everyday losses in this.

I have strong trust to the Delhi police that they will look into this matter and give us JUSTICE for this:
