I have ordered this product, after complete process of ordering. I have got a page showing that transaction failed 802 error.So, I thought website was not working, but still i tried for more 2 times it showed the same "transaction failed 802 error".Later after one and half our i got a message to mobile that money has been deducted and same product has been ordered for 3 times(money also deducted for 3 times).i have mailed and called to cancel but they did not respond.Now, I received one order. I tried calling to return, but they are not responding. I want to return this product and cancel the other two. I also want my money back. Kindly look into it. Was this information helpful? |
