I am to state that i place an order for supply of saree from jomso, surat online order on prepaid payment mode.
Today i received the a re-ltest coralred geogettee embroided saree-v3-034 woth rs.1590 taxes inclusive from your corrier boy.
In this connection to state that the saree supplied by you is in expected quality and it is very rough and very cutting position for not suitable to wer for me. Hence i request m/s jomso please send your corrier boy to take return back the same item. Further i request the refund cost of the item i aleady paid.

I had ordered a saaree on 31st march 2018, and still didnt receive any info regarding this. Calling so many times and not even have a common sense to pick and respond, such a customer service you provide. And even for emails, they are not responding. Why the hell they maintaining online shopping business. Really very much disappointed with the jomso service. I am worried to get my money back.

I have ordered this product, after complete process of ordering. I have got a page showing that transaction failed 802 error.So, I thought website was not working, but still i tried for more 2 times it showed the same "transaction failed 802 error".Later after one and half our i got a message to mobile that money has been deducted and same product has been ordered for 3 times(money also deducted for 3 times).i have mailed and called to cancel but they did not respond.Now, I received one order. I tried calling to return, but they are not responding. I want to return this product and cancel the other two. I also want my money back. Kindly look into it.

Jomso is been a nightmare online shopping portal for me. Not only for me but for many people out there as i saw it in the consumer complaint forum. I ordered a saree worth rs.1590 and when it got delivered it was way too different from what they displayed it on the internet. Then i returned the product to them claiming refund and which was also accepted by one of the representative saying "you send us the product we'll be refunding you the saree money along with rs.100 of courier charges" which costed me rs.150.
After receiving the product they sent me an e-mail stating i'll get a coupon of rs.1690 as promised but not in the monetary terms, in the form of coupon which was way too useless for me as they cant be trusted again in the terms of quality and charging so high for cheap quality stuffs. I called the customer care which is really really highly unprofessional and got no sense of talking to their customers, very rude.
This website gives you high goals of dissatisfying their customers.
Cheap services like this is nothing but indirect legal scam which should be surely taken care of because consumers know their rights.

I have purchased a saree worth 1799/- and it was of low quality so i returned it to gujarat via courier which charged me 150rs and they have not refunded my money but gave a coupon code of rs1799 and whenever i try to purchase any saree with that code it does not get applied and when i call the customer care and ask them about this, they say thwy will book the saree on my behalf and send it to me but they do not turn back and dont even pick my calls... One of the worst online site with very low and poor services.. I wanted my money back or send me a saree which i have asked to book...

I purchased 2 sarees from jomso and thats the worst mistake i have ever done.. they were of very cheap quality and i returned and asked for my money.. they told they ll give only credit points and gave points.. using them i ordere another 2 sarees and this time they sent wrong products and they are not giving back my money..i self shipped the products spending 300 rs..
order amount was 3200 rs.. now they are not giving a single penny n arguing that they ll gove credit points only again!!

I brought saree form jomso worth 1690, but they have sent cheap quality saree, which is not even matching 5% of image they showed online. That looks like 200-300 rs saree.
I got fooled by ordering this product. They have very nice business strategy, they will show expensive products online and deliver cheapest quality product. And when you request for return, they will say we are not going to transfer you the money, instead they will give you coupons, so that we have to buy from their website only. And when we request, can you please return my amount, they will say why didn't you read the return policy.

Please ban this kind of fraud websites. I really want my money back. I dont want any coupons. Because again they will send cheap products.

Jomso a big cheater, what image is shown is not that we receive, quality of the product is so cheap, i was not aware of it because it was promoted through fb and other portals, i had sent a mail requesting for a return and then called them up, i received the mail stating i should send them the courier and money will be credited to there account for i can purchase the product again in a year time, if im not interested to purchase from there website why would i buy again? And only once we can call the complaint number next time they block our numbers, very cunning people, my money is gone i paid 1690/- order no, [protected], im requesting all online shoppers to pls go through there reviews first and then buy the products, pls dont get trapped like me.

I guess this site is just like any other small online attention grabbing sites one sees while scrolling through fb. I fell for the bait like do. 'jomso' is the name of the site which i purchased a lehanga from which cost rs. 1999. Im in such rage and distress. They do not have refund policy, so i returned the product which leads to another web of issues. The consultants told me they will whatsapp me real images of the saree of whatever i need. But i will have to choose from the products they provide me. The consultants are so rude and told me its not our fault its 'it depends on choice on customer if the product went wrong'. I was aghast hearing that. They provide just random images on the site and send cheap quality chiffon material and demand us to choose from what they tell us. Now they say they cant provide pictures just 'you go to site and select from product codes we give you'. That is what they say. Should shut down such online shopping sites that trap people from many parts of the world.

I ordered a lehanga worth 1890.. I was astonished to see the color n quality of the clothing.. I spoke to them about the same n returned with 150 extra bucks.. I received a coupon code and they mentioned lifetime.. As its a huge money i just thought of ordering something with the compromise.. When i ordered with the code they provided it's not at all accepting the order it's been 10 days i am trying out.. Now decided to forget my money.. Waste of time

I have ordered a saree and i have not satisfied with quality so i returned. They have already received the product but they are not responding and saying that they didnt receive it. But i have enquired with logistics and they confirm confirmed that they product got delivered to them they anr providing cheap quality and they are not responding to my mails and calls it been morethan 25 days but still i did nt get response from those people. So kindly help me in solve this.

I had ordered a saree from rimzim enterprise worth 1590, they have sent low quality product which is not the saree in pic.
Beside the fact they send bad quality product when i called for return they said we should quorier it and once recieved we will get coupon with which we can make next purchase and no refund.
This is a very cheating site, never pple purchase from here

I ordered a saree from this online their products are of very very cheap quality the saree is not even worth of 100rps but charged me 1700 i regret why did i even shopped with this fraud company we have to return the saree to address they give and money vl not be refunded they are cheaters running a fraud company i request whoever planning to do shopping from this website pls drop the idea it will be a big mistake and the money u invested on it will never be returned. I have order a saree which is not looking same as in website when they deliver it. I wanted to return back.. They say that i won't get my money back.. This is the worst site i ever saw.. Plzz i request don't buy any thing from this site.. Send this message if any one direct to this site... As i don't want other people to get fool. At least the info about they wont get money back...
