I have purchased a saree worth 1799/- and it was of low quality so i returned it to gujarat via courier which charged me 150rs and they have not refunded my money but gave a coupon code of rs1799 and whenever i try to purchase any saree with that code it does not get applied and when i call the customer care and ask them about this, they say thwy will book the saree on my behalf and send it to me but they do not turn back and dont even pick my calls... One of the worst online site with very low and poor services.. I wanted my money back or send me a saree which i have asked to book... Was this information helpful? |
