Josoft Technologies — Not given payment in the name of below 60% accuracy.

I had signed a project (JPEG TO word document converting) from Josoft Technologies for which they cost me Rs. 18000.(in March 2020)
He told me that they pay me Rs. 100 per page. The number of pages assigned to me was 250 pages. TAT is 22 days. I have to complete 250 pages with above 90% accuracy. If our accuracy goes below 65%, we cannot get payment. Also the don't give option to resubmit our project after correction.
When I submitted my project they told me that my project had been rejected in quality checking.
I think it would be easy because typing is easy for me and also I can assure I shouldn't make mistakes. But I came to know that we cannot complete the project with the given deadline even though we are working full day for at least 10 hours or 12 hours / per day (with great speed ) without doing any work. Also individual page is very large with more rows and also horizontal length of the row is very large. So we cannot complete within the deadline. Suppose if we complete the project within the deadline, we cannot check ourselves to correct any mistakes, because we cannot have time to check.
So neither they are paying me for project nor they are refunding my money.
Some people say Josoft is trustable and loyal, But they may be loyal to only their permanent employees. Not for everyone who signed their projects with agreement. Only they are making relationships for getting money from other freelancers who signed newly.
If they are very genuine means they should allow the employees to edit and resubmit after making corrections. Then only both the employees and the company have benefit. But only company is making benefit for this type of outsourcing projects. Atlast only we employees are getting cheated and our money will be lost. They cheated me for Rs. 18000.. also my 22 days work is waste.
