Hello folks.. My name is Siju Joseph one of the hotelier from Chennai. i have been cheated by this company.. Owner Rishab bhardwaj, Assistant neelam and nisha obrai has cheated me of rupees 45565. they booked a hotel room with my reference and given a fake check when i reached them i came to know this company is totally fake. at last i have payed that amount to the hotel which is my 3 months salary. i have been suffered a lot because of this people. i request you to not to choose this company for you vacation purpose they are fake, fake and fake. i have failed a complaint against them i have a copy of their fake check and reservation details. i request all the hotelier to not to take any reservation from this company am 101% sure that the payment will be fake. for reference call me on +91 [protected]...

Dear Travelers, Firstly I would like to say, Please do not take any type of services from Journey Trip, World Vacation Holiday, Indra Hotels & Resorts, IHR Hospitality.
These guys do not done the payment of hotel and other service vendor where they can take the service.

Please never go with this fraud company because except this case there is So many different cases are register for them in consumer forum and police. Fraud...fraud...fraud...never go.

I am disappointed by the fraud done by Journeytrip and planning to approach consumer court and also do police complaint against you. I have email proof, bank statements of advance payment of 30, 000 INR for Jim Corbett tour on Apr 23 2015. We cancel the trip well in advance but you have still not returned the advance. This is in-spite of being repeated reminders/ phone calls to you for past 9 months.

You are neither responding our phone calls not replying our last email for returning the amount back to us.

Dear Sir,
on the promises and assurances of Mr. Rishab of Delhi, working at Journey Trip at Sagarpur Janak-Puri branch (he has vacant his earlier office, new office address is not with us).
We have booked a trip for Dehradun with this company for 22nd August 2015 and had made 15000/- INR amount as advanced payment to company by Credit card on 28th July-2015, but due to some reasons we had to cancel the trip and same was informed to Rishab & company well before the time and had done the settlement with Rishab that either he will get another booking done based on advance payment was made for 15000 rupees on 28th July’15 or Rishab & company shall return the entire amount back.
Later we had plan another trip for Sirmour resort and contacted Mr Rishab to confirm the bookings with given advanced payment, but there is no response from Mr. Rishab on the same and several time we tried calling him on his mobile, but every time he is making promises to fulfill the booking but have not done yet, at per last communication with him on phone call he had promised to give money back but again he failed to do so and now he is neither responding our phone calls not replying our last email for returning the amount back to us.
Sir, I request you to consider my complaint to talk to Mr. Rishab Bhardwaj and help me to get this settled down by getting my money back from him as we don’t want to continue bookings done through him.

Journeytrip.com (A Unit Of World Vacation Holiday Pvt. Ltd) a Fraud Company never book any travel package / trip with them. They take full payment from the customer but not pay to hotel and client suffered during hotel check-out. Client has to pay again to hotel during check-out. The owner of this Fraud Company is Mr. Rishab Bhardwaj. He will just making excuses and will not any payment to hotel. I was the victim of this Fraud Company.
