I Pradip Kumar Singha from Bankura District West Bengal order on 12/12/2015(2 pair jeans pant)which order id no is[protected], payment made by debit card with rs-508/...but till date the company has not shipped my order...not only that they are not responding in any way of their posted link, ie mobile no/landline no/mail id...etc...so that I cant any discussion to jovial mart.I would request please arrange to return my paid amount into my bank as early as possible.
Jovial Mart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The amount figure is rs 598/(Five hundred Ninety eight )
please please arrange my order against the order no[protected] which prepaid on 12/12/2015 with the amount rs 598/ to Jovial Mart..New Delhi...They are not responding in any type of corresponding contact as they are written on their wall.So I would further request to take steps against the jovial mart.Not only that I want to draw the kind attention of CYBER CRIME DEPARTMENT...GOVT. OF INDIA immediate take steps & to stop this type of crime...
Hi sir your packet has been dispatched on 14 dec as you know it has been sent through indian post that is why it is taking time and due to their server issue the tracking is not showing. Hope that you will get your product till monday or tuesday.

Today is Tuesday (22/12/2015) going on.As per your (Jovial mart pvt.Ltd.) commitment no parcel ie my order (NO[protected] has been deliver to me, which I was ordered on 12/12/2015 & make the payment in debit card in advance.please reply & consider me.The tracking number which you send me to track my order is not perfect.Please clarify that why you send this false india post tracking number.So I would request to you please take a hard steps to jovial mart pvt. limited to remove this type of problem as early as possible.

I have not received my item against order #[protected] placed on July 10, 2016, advance payment of Rs.399/- for which had been made to Jovial Mart at the time of order. I could not even track my order in the website.

      I placed my Order #[protected] on September 27, 2015. But till now I have not received any updates nor have got the order delivered. I am unable to contact them as the either the Customer Support (10 AM TO 6.30 PM[protected] or the other contact numbers have remained switched off; mail is not delivered to the email id '[protected]@jovialmart.com'. Please do the needful...

      R/Sir, maine 24.12.2015 ko ek jeans paint ka order place kiya tha jiska order no[protected] hai. maine B.O.I ke debit card ke through payment vi kar chuka hu aur aap ne mera e_mail id ke through confermation vi kar diya tha, lakin aaj tak mera materail ka pata nahi chal pa raha hai ki aap ne dispatch kiya ki nahi, jab mai jovialmart ke order status pe jaa kar apna order number dalta hu to kisi aur ka order number aa jata hai, kya jovial mart mere sath cheeting kiya hai, kya jovialmart co. ek fraud company hai, isske customer care ka number-[protected] pe baat karta hu to wo bolta hai ki wrong number hai, pls aap batao ki mai kya karu

            I, Sri Tanmay Sarkar, received another call ([protected]) from Jovial Mart for my account details. They are searching for my debit card no and pin no, whereas all the banks are informing us not to give such information as it may be a fraudulent matter. please let me know what their intention is and also look over the matter. I have given SBI acc no, and ifs code.
