I placed my Order #[protected] on September 27, 2015. But till now I have not received any updates nor have got the order delivered. They are searching for my debit card no and pin no, whereas all the banks are informing us not to give such information as it may be a fraudulent matter. please let me know what their intention is and also look over the matter. I have given SBI acc no, and ifs code.

I have placed a order for a pair of jeans on 12.06.2015 vide order no.[protected] and made payment online using plastic cash.I have not recieved my order so far.I have tried to contact the site helpline but no-one is picking the phone.I have drafted several mails to the company regarding the same but not recieved any reply.Kindly refund my money asap.Contact No.[protected]....
