He told that he will repair or exchange the same and he told me to call on Monday (14.10.24). Due to my work pressure in my company I could not able to call him. I had visited your pothys Bangalore branch . I asked them to provide me a bill for legal issue. The manager in the beginning made me wait and told me that it would be arranged. When i went to buy phone from pothys one mr saker from phone department told samsung ao5s is new model i told him i need 4g samsung new model which shouldnot heat and 8gb ram minimum. He told it will not heat and also told 4gb ram is already installed in phone and if you want 8gb u can change from settings. I told him i need atleast 8 gb ram. I had purchase a Saree from your Bangalore store on 4/5/2022.
The bill is attached below for reference .
After wearing the same for once only it was found that the saree is getting torn from various places .
The silk threads have become so fragile that it lost all its strength . Multiple areas got torn like paper .
