This Riya tours is not in our client list and they did not update their contact information here, it means they are not belongs to our client database and also its not a company or any type of travel operator.

ITS A FAKE PERSON WHO WANTS TO SPOIL OUR REPUTATION IN THE MARKET .

If this person could have recognize by the our organization, we will take him/ her to the court for spoiling our dignity and the reputation in the digital market.

Both Pradeep Agarwal and Deepak Tomar are fraud.. they have been blocked by justdial and hello travels due to fraud issues.. Complaint has been filed against them.. check their office and don't pay cash in advance...either pay through credit card or after confirming the hotel that they have remitted the money for whole trip..otherwise you will loose every ssingle penny you have deposited with them.

I just want to make sure you know about this fraudulent company Joy Enjoy Trip (www.joyenjoytrip.com). Just Dial and Hello travel have blocked them. Read my reviews on hello travel
Deepak Tomer and Pradeep Agarwal, owners of Joy Enjoy Trip, defrauded me of 15000/- Rupees. I bank transferred 15000/- Rupees to their Bank to book a room at Ocean Palm in Goa from 16th Feb to 19th Feb. I paid them in January. They booked the Hotel but never forwarded the money to the Hotel. I talked to one Mr. Sagar at the Hotel and he told me after they booked the room he never heard from them. Also that they have never dealt with Joy Enjoy Trip before. I am going to file FIR against them and I hope you black list this company and do not recommend them to anyone else otherwise it will mean you are encouraging fraud. I am emailing all travel search engines and even got a call today from Thomas Cook who appreciated that I am telling them about these fraudsters. I am sure they will be locked up soon. I will also report them to the Consumers Affairs and Cibil and contact their Bank also with a copy of FIR. Once they are in Cibil, no bank will open their account any more.

This company also cheated me with 9000 rs. I booked my air asia tickets with joy enjoy travels. They told me that it will be applied from 15feb, and when I send the confirmation for generating PNR they stop replying or picking up the calls.
Earlier I was interested in taking the package deals, they called me 5-6 times a day, but when I denied and give the confirmation for my existing flight, they stop reacting.

@Amit- if you are that sure, that yiu are not a cheater, then fix a time over this portal and lets meet someday along with the police and see who is the real fraudster.

I've had the worst experience with
Joyenjoy Trip. I was looking for hotel rooms in Chikmagalur/ Coorg.
A Mr Deepak Tomar was the first point of contact who offered me a
number of "available" choices at hotels both in Chikmagalur &
Madikeri.
I asked him to confirm 2-nights for me at Vivanta by Taj Madikeri. He
asked me to make the full Payment of Rs 9855/- and was assured a
confirmation from the hotel for the said dates. Instead I get a
confirmation for completely different dates - May 25-27, 2016.
When I raised this with him, he assured me it would be done
immediately but my request was completely ignored & Mr Tomar went missing in action - with his phones off & not replying my email.
After many calls from my end, I get a call for Mr Tomar who suddenly
has no rooms at the Taj or any of the other hotels in coorg. He send
me some random booking at some hotel on Hassan. When I called &
complained, yet again, he offers me a stay at the Shaanti Kunj
Homestay in Chikmagalur - which I took.
On the said date, we left from Bangalore & enroute (100kms out of the
city) I called the homestay to get exact location/direction. No one
answered the phone at the homestay. I got a Bangalore number from their website and called & spoke to a lady - who handles their
bookings- who tells me the homestay is shut! Infact when she got the booking from booking.com, she called the agent (who gave his tel number at the time of booking) and informed them very clearly that the roads to the Homestay have been closed &.so they weren't welcoming guests that weekend. She also, obviously, never got payment for the booking too.
When I called them, a Pradeep Aggarwal picked up and said to me he doesn't know what the lady is talking but (sitting in Delhi), he was
sure the roads are ok & that the homestay was open. When I told him I wasn't interested in believing him anymore, he promised me a full
refund of my money & said "sorry".
It's been weeks now & Mr Pradeep Aggarwal has forgotten his
apology or how to do business. His phones remain unanswered and my
money is still with him.
Sadly I got this agent reference from holidayiq.com. Have lost faith in them too now.

Mr. Pradeep promise me several times that he will gives confirmation of flight or he will return my money.
but now he told me that joyenjoy is completely closed due to these complaints.

after several promises for returning money, I am still their and asking for my money.

and now neither pradeep is pickup my call nor return my money

one of the worst experience... they have cheated us with 11000 rupees... mere nonsense.. disgusting.. before booking they were calling like again and again to ask if we have decided to book the holiday.
they were so soft in their speech as though they are so innocent and prompt.

But after booking, neither the vouchers were sent nor the booking details were sent. When asked for refund, they would always tell I will do it, I am busy, my sister is admitted in hospital, my mobile was switched off and all such rubbish reasons.. I really dont know why do they do this at all... I have cursed them to the core.. they will never be happy and one day they will land up in jail..
