Totally a fraud and cheating construction company.
We have booked 5lacs for vasudha green apartment near kamalgazi, kolkata 700103, on 8th september 2019. This agreement was done between us and joint venture of senco infrastructure pvt ltd and joy majumder & co.
But due to some personal problem, we were not able to buy this flat and submitted cancellation application on 15th september 2019 to refund our money back.
The cancel application was received by their employees aparna and diponkar dhar. And they told us that the money will be refunded by the end of october 2019.
Also, as per the agreement paper, the money should be returned back within 45 days. Now it's over 60 days and still, i didn't receive my refund money nor getting a confirm date of refund.
Neither they are receiving any call nor confirming date for refunding our money after deducting 25 thousand as per agreement.
Head office is even worst delaying the matter with harassment.
Government must take action against this cheat-fund companies and construction builders.
Now we have no other option left than filing lawsuit against them to get back our hard earned money.
I don't write negative review in general, but notifying other people from investing their money into this cheatfund construction or apartments. Be careful guys of these cheaters. Was this information helpful? |
