Joy Majumder And Co — Harassing for 2 years for refund of booking amount.

Totally a fraud and cheating construction company.

We have booked a flat in vasudha green apartment near kamalgazi, kolkata 700103, on 19/06/2020 and the booking check of 50000 was cleared on 22/07/2020 through a employee of them named " Mr Deepankar Dhar, ph no- [protected].

But due to some personal problem, we were not able to buy this flat and submitted cancellation application on 12th july 2020 to refund our money...But the above person is constantly harassing me for 2 years.i m still waiting for the money and constantly trying to connect him and he is ignoring me...
