[Resolved]  Jp Solution Aurangabad, Maharashtra — fake agreement for part time job and email even after denial

Hi I am Nirupam from Kolkata got a call from [protected] on 1st Oct 2019 and they told it is JP Solution, online watch video jobs.You can earn 5000 to 1000 after 10 days work completed.After that I sent one ID proof and address .After that they called me and sent one email and thay called and told click on that link and acccept, then you will get your ID and password.After this I done and then they sent me some contract paper in email and user name and password for Clicknearn.com
When I tried to do video watching jobs after login their user name and password.Not able to open a single video link.I tried two to three days .After that I give up to login and do thia.

Then today again they called me from [protected] and told that I am Ritika Chauhan advocate and as you failed to complete JP Solution job, you have yo pay Rs 5000 as a cancellation charges.Then they sent me one email with some Canara bank account details in the name of Neptune Soft Solution (JP Solution ) and asked me to pay the amount by 1:30 p.m .
Then I paid and sent them payment screenshot .Then they called and asking me you want to continue or quit this jobs.I told I want to quit it.
Then they asked me to pay Rs 16200 as a cancellation charges within 3:30 P.M .
After that I understand that it is totally fraud and cheating money from people.I have not given this 16200 amount as acancellation charge. There is no contract paper sign by me .Contract paper they sent, for 11 Month in a UK5115, which is totally false .I am attaching the copy of it .Please suggest any possibility to get money back .
So Guys please do not join in this fake aggrement and money cheating company.

Giving 5 stars to Bikash because he is not the only one targetted by JP Solutions, I am also a victim of the same Fake Contract Papers.

I am Shantanu from Rourkela, Odisha, even I received a call from the same company on the same date[protected] and henceforth a misguiding and manipulated contract agreement was mailed to me from the very same e-mail id's as mentioned by Bikash.

The points in the agreement are completely concatenated, unreal and never ever agreed or even discussed upon. Rather there was no acceptance but absolute denial. The first page of the contract agreement was the very same as Bikash shared and the rest of the pages have my personal information hence not sharing it.

Replied their mail with a denial letter still nagging.

The same thing happened to me, some representative form J P Solutions asked the details in the same manner but this time I agreed on their terms & conditions of working for them. But the strange thing is they never gave the work they promised.

He told me that I will receive the links which I never did. I even asked them through mail about the links, but they never replied back. Now they are harassing by calling & saying you have breached the contract as per agreement so we will go legally & file complaints against me or else I have to Rs. 5000- to J P Solutions.

I am like telling the so called advocate please go ahead & do whatever you can coz I never signed any agreement with them.

They have started sending emails & threatening via calls of filing complaints against me.

I dont understand how do they this kind of things. plz help

I also facing same problem from JP solution, this is froud website and harrasing people. Kindly who cheated my them call me [protected] . So we can take legal action against them .

Fake calls or fake advocate ban ban k mere ko cheat kiya gya

Hello friends I am also facing the same problem myself Sagar Chakraborty from Kolkata. Please guide me for what should I do next they are asking money for not doing the work. What will happen if I don't give any money and are really going to do anything ?
If anybody could help in this matter will be a great help please guide thorough

They have sent me a mail if failed for giving money they would take steps and they just now sent a message in my phone giving a number for calling and settling down the meditation and wrote that they have already sent a legal agreement in my postal address I don't know wht to do next please help guys and thanks 786hum786 for your valuable advice please guide me through what would I do if really a legal agreement comes ???

They are theretening me that you will get an notice at your address and said come and clear your case in court and demanding 125000 ruppes..

Dear sir/madam,
This is Debashis from Kolkata, West Bengal, i got a call from a lady called Miss Anam (Mobile No. [protected]) on 19/10/2019, for work from home youtube video link and watching job. She told me that i can earn Rs 12500 in 10 days by watching the link send by him on there specific portal https://clicksnearn.com/ .

For that purpose she asked my id proof on whatsapp no. [protected] and i sent her my aadhar card and mail id. Again she sent me an email (From [protected]@onlineformfilling.co.in and [protected]@gmail.com) with a link to accept the agreement which i did accept . But I could not open or download the agreement copy. Then she called me where I mentioned that I could not read or download the agreement copy. She told me that the same will be sent to me by mail. Immediately a call from a person came to me with a recorded voice confirming that I have to perfom to see 250 youtube videos everyday for 10 days and if there is any gap within 10 days then an amount of Rs. 5000/- will be chargable. Which i excepted and also I informed him that I did not receive the Agreement copy.
Soon after a mail was provided to me with the voice recording (this is a pre recorded voice where my recording i.e. my voice which I spoke while in conversation was not the same) including an acceptency copy but without the Agreement copy.

After which I started the job and completed viewing 250 videos for 10 days.
After completing my job I called up the helpline no. [protected] confirming that the job has been finished (starting from 22nd October 2019 till 31st October 20019), I asked if anything require to be done. They confirmed me on phone that, "I need not have to do anything, but require to wait until any communication is done and will be done within 3/4 working days"

I waited and last Saturday 2nd October 2019 I received a mail from advocateassociate.[protected]@gmail.com
that I have not completed my job, so I require to pay Rs. 5000/- or legal action would be taken and corresponding Legal notice from ADVOCATE..MANE had been sent to me .

They have started black mailing me right Now. By sending me SMS messages. Attached .
