Jsp Honda — Insurance not uploaded in Parivahan-sewa portal

Sir/ Madam,

I have purhased my Honda activa from jsp show room, thirumulaivoil,

My scooty reg no : TN12 AD4537,

Stil my NOC not closed through RTO due to insurance not upload in arivahahan sewa portal.

Why not done ? who mistake is this?

Pls upload now ?
