Jubilant Foodworks Limited — Refund issue

I have order pizza on 30 Oct 2020 with amount 275 rupee so at time of online order my order was shown fail from dominos and twice my money was deducted so I have sent email and I have received only one decducted amount but second amount same 275 rupee I did not received. And I did not get any reply from there side.
