Card number 173611, This is really very bad on the part of jukaso company, that they have not been able to keep their word keep their contract and it has hurted many families it has heard a lot the child of the family who developed a desire to have holidays. even after taking 90000 rupees, never gave a better timely response for booking, even at the time of giving this contract they told that you can gift your holidays and when we thought of gifting the holidays they started asking extra money for gift which has given a lot of office feeling of being harassed by the Khanna family they must delegate the responsibility reimburse the full amount to us. by now you have earned from the interest from our money. return it back, sell out the property and pay our money back

I purchased membership for jukaso journey in 2018. Right now i am not able to book any room in any hotel. As their website is not working not able to log in. Their email id for reservations is also not working- [protected]@jukasojourneys.com
I paid 70000 for membership. But now i want my money back as they are unable to give booking in hotel. Kindly refund my money.

I have paid my money to payal khanna... N tommrow we have to go to our destination but till now she has not booked our hotel n not ever returning our money. I ask her to give money on friday but till now she is jus saying she need more time. N she keeps her phone off. I will definatly going to take some action. She is the most irresponsible lady

I purchased a membership of jukaso four years ago in saket mall by paying 50k by credit card in one time & requested your executive to convert my 40k in 0% emi and rest of the amount of 10k i'll pay after 3 months they were agreed for this. Now jukaso's executive unable to convert my 0% emi and asked me to pay interest and jukaso company will reimburse your interest amount later.

My name is lalit and i attended a meeting at jukaso office at gurugram, where they explained the benifits of their membership and plans i choose one of them which was cost 38000. They told i can pay in installments then i paid 10000 down payment. That time their executive said me to pay rest of amount within two months in two or three instalment, but after one week he said i have to pay rest of amount as soon as possible. I said him for cancelling my membership but he said they cant give any amount from my down payments, i visited many times their office but they said you have to contact head office and when i contact their office got no responce from them. The staff with whom i contact first they changed their contact no. And left jobs from jukaso. Plz help me

This company have taken around 2.5 lakh from us and promised to give 7days holiday till next 25 year but neither they are giving booking nor they are giving our money back. Please help us.

I bought this scheme in 2016 and was promised 5 years of service. I have not been able to get a single booking after depositing 60k. Need a resolution or some way to contact the owners for a refund. Can't believe no action is being taken against these fraudsters.

This is w.r.t. the mis-selling, mis-representation, mis- guiding facts and cheating done with me by "Jukaso Journeys" I.T. Composite Towers, Plot No. 1, I.D.C., Mehrauli Road

on 5 june, 2017 Me and my wife were called for an interaction in your Gurgaon branch Hotel. We visited there thinking Jukaso’s reputation in hotel industry and gave our precious time to know about the membership offers. They have offered us a packageof 55 nights / 65 days in Jukaso and their associated hotels under DAE, BUT WE HAVE RECEIVED A PACKAGE OF 5 NIGHTS & 6 DAYS. The sales persons convinced us lucrative offers and services. We were told that the membership in that rate is available for that day only and we were promised to get each and every service without any hassle. We found membership offer to be fine and paid Rs.116000/- on the spot through credit cardand they told us 20000 will be redeemable but after sometime their customer denied to refund 20000 and told me it will applicable on flight ticket. Company also promised us to give Gift Vouchers like Diamond Jewellery, Parlour Vouchers, Movie Tickets which were also wastage as the site is giving offer mentioned in the coupon on very selected useless items after paying some more money. It was not 100% redeemable voucher. And i didnt receive any voucher from them. And they also committed us to give 5 dinner vouchers each voucher of rs 5000 each at five star hotels under it, not only this they also committed breakfast every journey of 5 days 6 nights for 55 days for 10 years but customer care denied flatly. They committed gym and swimming pool membership for 10 years at their all locations but when we went to their GURGAON branch they denied and didn't allow us and even changed the branch name from jukaso to ginger.

I am trying to contact customer suppot of Jukaso, Ms bindu & her colleague and their agents for making fake commitments and to get my money back.

And those fraudster didn't even mentioned any issiuing date on the membership certificate but i have my credit card statement with me.

I was shocked when i see more then 450 complaints for forgery on consumer complaint forum of India by Jukaso.

I request you to take action and help me in getting my hard earned money back the amount of Rs. 116000/- and also punish and charge fine from those fraudsters and black list this company to save hard earned money of innocent people.

I mohd firoz visited in haldiram sarita vihar. Their jukaso executive give a form to fill and we filled a form then after few days i received a call f on jukaso that you have won a gift and you need to come at sunder nagar delhi to receive a gift package. Then we reached to sunder nagar's jukaso office there his extlcutive comes to us and he started explaining his plans of travels we asked him we are here to collect our gift the said with the package you will get gift and if you didn't like our package you can cancel any time. They washed our brain and we purchased a package of inr 50000.. When we reached at home me and my discuss that we can't travel more so you cancel the package and after 1 or 2 days i cancelled the package from the cancellation to till i didn't received my refund i mailed many time to jukaso o visited jukaso gurgaon office like many people's are there but nothing happens. I was offered 5 years membership with very high promises at the price of 85, 000, however within 2 or 3 days i realized that i can't avail any trips from there. As per contract i have submitted cancellation mail on mar 2018 (I got welcome call on 8th mar) since this cancellation request i did not avail any service even they offered the free coupon, i should get complete refund except admin fee. No action has been taken so far. Once i got one reply from the coy is " this is in reference to your mail, we sincerely apologies for inconvenience faced by you because of the same. We would like to inform you that we are unable to process your refund because o[censored]navoidable financial crisis in our company you will get your refund of date : 28.06.2019, but they crossed 2 year completely and not do anything it. Pl be credit my refund amount immediately it's my request to you.

This is my final decision and only for your record here is the reason (I will not change my decision now if you tell me you are fixing it)

Sir, 'am already applied for cancellation request of my membership id (121263) in 2018 march. But not cancelled and refunded all fee till now. It's my request you to cancel and refund my all fee that you obtained from me.

I have applied for refund of my cancellation of 05 Years Membership (M0104273) of amount 50000/- purchased on dat 20.08.2015, aginst this complaint Ms. Payal Khanna have come to our house and given a cheque for date 10.02.2020, firstly she has given date for cheque clearance on 25.02.2020, than she said for 15.03.2020, on 16.03.2020 I have given cheque to the bank, that cheque bounced and 177/- debited from my account. I am a member of jukaso journeys (Mem id: G0404955) since 5 years and purchased this membership for 10 years. I have never get any booking from them. Every time they provided same reason not available. When i contacted similar hotel directly then that hotel had vacant rooms but seems jukaso is not allowing to book rooms. And while booking they made me Red color and they say I am belongs to blue so we can not book in holiday. why did they collect and marked in my documented Red

When i contacted similar hotel directly then that hotel had vacant rooms but seems jukaso is not allowing to book rooms.

I am fed up now and need my membership fees back, as never utilized.

I had raised this issue last year wherein the jukaso had not met the required service standards and requested for refund. They were not willing to refund full amount.

I tried therefore to use it. Initially when i asked for booking, they said it has to be made substantially ahead of travel. When i asked for the booking about 3 months before travel to udaipur and delhi, they told us to raise the request within a month of travel only. When i tried booking 3weeks before the date, they said the entire property is full. This is nothing but a tactic to fill the resort beforehand and if any rooms are left, then give it to members.

This is intolerable. I raised this issue with them again, but till now they have not responded.

I was willing to give them a second chance, but they have disappointed again.
