I have applied for refund of my cancellation of 05 Years Membership (M0104273) of amount 50000/- purchased on dat 20.08.2015, aginst this complaint Ms. Payal Khanna have come to our house and given a cheque for date 10.02.2020, firstly she has given date for cheque clearance on 25.02.2020, than she said for 15.03.2020, on 16.03.2020 I have given cheque to the bank, that cheque bounced and 177/- debited from my account. Now Ms. Payal Khanna is not picking up the call ([protected]), I want my refund amount including charges of bounced amount.

pls sell one of your property and pay our money--if it is possible for you.
Please look into this case and hope we got a solution at the earliest.

3 year back on 21 oct 2018, we have purchased a yearly package from jacaso and we have spent 1 lakh for the same (Ref No 135777)

22 Oct 18, next day we requested for the cancellation due to some personal reason and they assure me that 5000 will be deducted, the rest amount will be refunded.

I have visited 1000 tym in your gurgaon jacaso office and they advise us to wait. We will refund you but still we did not get our refund.

Now, we are facing financial problems due to covid pandemic so please provide our refund otherwise we will take serious action against your company.

Now I lose my temper so I need my money back and If you are not providing my refund then I will escalate this to social media and that time i will take action against your company.
absolutely they are organized cheaters and cheated us in an organized way by showing SABZ BAGHS now they are avoiding. my membership 171681 and I also paid 100000 in Aug 2017. Abhinav dhunna

      I am a member of jukaso journeys (Mem id: G0404955) since 5 years and purchased this membership for 10 years. I have never get any booking from them. Every time they provided same reason not available. When i contacted similar hotel directly then that hotel had vacant rooms but seems jukaso is not allowing to book rooms. And while booking they made me Red color and they say I am belongs to blue so we can not book in holiday. why did they collect and marked in my documented Red

        I am a member of jukaso journeys (Mem id: 129728) since 2 years and purchased this membership for 3 years. I have never get any booking from them. Every time they provided same reason not available. When i contacted similar hotel directly then that hotel had vacant rooms but seems jukaso is not allowing to book rooms.

        I am fed up now and need my membership fees back, as never utilized.
        Please let me know when you are able to provide my membership fee.?

          I had raised this issue last year wherein the jukaso had not met the required service standards and requested for refund. They were not willing to refund full amount.

          I tried therefore to use it. Initially when i asked for booking, they said it has to be made substantially ahead of travel. When i asked for the booking about 3 months before travel to udaipur and delhi, they told us to raise the request within a month of travel only. When i tried booking 3weeks before the date, they said the entire property is full. This is nothing but a tactic to fill the resort beforehand and if any rooms are left, then give it to members.

          This is intolerable. I raised this issue with them again, but till now they have not responded.

          I was willing to give them a second chance, but they have disappointed again.

          My membership id is 65522. I request the forum to help me in getting my money back.

            I vikram singh buy a membership of jukaso journeys through sales executive kuldeepak sharma. I had paid rs 36000/- for membership on 23.12.2016. From the very beginning i flt that i had been duped into it. To retrun my refund i send a mail on 06.02.2017. But the company assured me that it would give good service in future. But for the last 3 years the company has not booked me any hotel. Now the company is not even picking up the call even on toll free number. Apart from this, no other contact number of the company is on the company web site. So i want the company to give me my money back because company made.

              This is with reference to my e-mail regarding the transaction of rs. 89000.00 on 23/09/2018 at m / s journeys resorts pvt l gurgaon in. kindly quote the query reference number for this e-mail: [protected]. I have regular in follow up for the resolution of my dispute transaction. But till date no solution not found. Your recovery team regular harassing me to pay the amount or they can come in my address for legal formalities. Dear sir, no solution given me till 1.3 year has been completed. I am very harassing by your team. I already done the transaction but merchant is fraud. They are not providing me to any valid document with refund confirmation and not ready to any meeting. So i am requested to kindly investigate with journey resort pvt ltd. And they have already given me the charge back detail and refund confirmation. So kindly refund this amount and my card limit has been blocked last one year kindly take the necessary action and refund the amount. Mob no.[protected]

                I am fed up now and need my membership fees back, as never utilized.
                Please let me know when you are able to provide my membership back otherwise need to take this matter further.

                  I am a member of jukaso jouneys.

                  I paid rs. 60000 to jukaso jouneys in feb 2015 as they promised me to provide 5 year holidays to anywhere in the world including 25 days/20 nights.

                  But nothing happened. When i try contacting them. They are non-contactable an not reachable by any means.

                  They had office in metropolitan mall, saket where i paid the amount through atm card. However, this office is no more now.

                  My membership id : m0103250. Please help me in refunding my amount of rs. 60000 as they have not provided me services as they promised.

                    Jukaso is a fraud company who have done scam with many people.in one year i am not able to book any of its property. While when we call the customer care for booking they told us to drop the email. Even after doing that also there is no response. You will be tired of calling but no one respond to your query. Even i try to reach the top management but that was also useless. Thereafter when you visit their office in gurgaon either the guard will not allow us to enter or no one is there to answer our query. At the time of taking the membership they have shown us many luxurious property whereas at the time of booking all the property tie up have been withdrawn. Only false promises made.

                      Refer to my ticket no 1033196 dt 3/10/19 for reservation for goa from 25th to 28th october 2019. There is no confirmation on the booking as on 22/10/19. Though i have been trying to contact payal khanna through calls / sms / whatsapp ([protected]), there is no response. There is no response on their toll free no. [protected].

                      Also, there is no response on the refund towards payment made for a shared reservation for goa last year. They could not make the reservation and hence i had to cancel my vacation at the last moment.

                      Please organise full refund of my membership amount as well as the maintenance amount that i have paid in advance for the full tenure of the agreement.

                        I have written many mails asking for a reservation, but have not been given any response for the confirmation. Highly disappointing service.
                        It's been days that i've been trying to follow up for the confirmation. They took 36000 from us almost 3 years ago and haven't given any service in its return. Also, I have tried to call them endlessly but they don't even pick up the call.
                        Complete frauds!

                        Calling customer care toll free they are not picking calling Payal Khanna she doesn't pick any call nor even replying any mail. Mailing reservation team for booking not getting any reply. U jukaso is a big fraud company. Cheating innocent people kutte K bache Ho dare Haram ka kha rhe Ho harimayo.

                          July 2017, i recieve i call from ms. Manjot kaur regarding holiday vacation and invite with family to see there presentation organised by journey jukaso. On the date of presentation she offer 5 year holiday plan which we accept and bought the paln for 5 years and paid rs. 81, 000/- (Rupees eighty one thousand) full and final amount of the package. 1. I receive wrong membership certificate and card for 3 year plan for which i complaint to jukaso, only after my complaint i receive correct certificate for 5 years plan. 2. When i first time login with my jukaso prompt came for balance to pay rs. 20, 000/- for amc, regarding which i send an email to jukaso on 27.11.2017 and response receive from their sr. Executive mr. Kundan shah on dated 04.12.2017 for the any other payment except the amount paid at time of purchase of plan. I was told that "this is australian base software that is why it's showing balance 20000/- please ignore it". Even when i call on your customer care no. [protected], i was told that there is no amc. 3. Now on 22.07.2019 i send them a request for there property detail in andaman, against which i again receive an email to submit 15, 000/- for amc. I send multiple email to jukaso to clarify for the same but i never receive any reply from jukaso. Then i call on customer care no. [protected] on 27.07.2019 and spoke to mr. Rahul (Name told by executive) who again said to me that in my plan amc is waived and nothing is due towards me and he also send me a format and ask me to send the booking request in same format also told me to refer his name for future communication with jukaso. 4. From 09.08.2019 i am continuously sending emails to confirm my hotel booking but i havn't receive any reply for the same. Then i decide to call again on customer care no. [protected] on 22.08.2019 and had spoken to mr. Om (Name told by executive) who again said that rs. 15, 000/- for amc has to deposit. I explain him whole story from the beginning then he said i will forward to concern to the reservation team and also gave me a reference no. 1031920 and assured me that soon i will be contacted by the concerned team but i never contacted by anyone. 5. Now from 25.08.2019 i am continuously trying to contact the customer care via customer care no.[protected] but my call is never been answered it keeps on ringing but nobody is responding. Now the neither the jukaso giving me confirmation of my booking nor they are refunding my money

                            I have taken membership for jhp -5years mini travel plan on 3rd april 2018 at your location sunder nagar, new delhi. My membership number is 210010 & my contract number is 125871.

                            I have decided to withdraw my membership due to unmatched commitments & unprofessional communication with jukaso representatives.
                            I raised my request on 7th april & since then i am constantly following then in their various offices. Every time i visit their office, they are promising a new date & simply saying that company don't have money to return & visit after two month & are not replying anything over phone or emails

                              As you know the reason of cancellation of our membership, All fake promises given by you, Even verification call is handled by your sales team. Very shameful for you. Even you had not taken step to return our money. Every time we are getting answer that it is under process. For your knowledge already six month completed although we have not received our membership fee. Your Ahmedabad office is closed. Not a single phone is working of your Ahmedabad sales team.

                              We request you to return our money without any deduction and with interest (18%) immediately within 10 days. Otherwise we appeal in consumer court with all applicable expenses will be bare you. This is for your information.

                                Dear members, if you are looking for refund from jucaso journeys. Many members complaints that, now the company not providing any services, and also not giving refunds to members etc. Even they are not picking phone of the us. Which is not a good sign. May be company is planning for insolvency or shutdown. Now, if it is like that, then what about our money. The best way or only the way is to file the case against company on immediate basis without delay. We all become the creditors for company.in case insolvency or shutdown we can get the money back through legal process taken by nclt.

                                  i Neeraj bought a plan from your executive as he suggest me and i am interested for the offer but there is payment issue with me and your executive told me that i can buy the package on EMI basis as well then i agreed with him and when he took the payment his machine not able to convert amount in the and they make the payment without informing me that payment is done without EMI.

                                    I have spent 80, 000/- rupees for 10 year of membership and they told me they will give 4 star and higher properties to me 4 night per year. They have not told me there will be asf changes [approximate 6500/- per year]. After doing fighting they converted my membership from 10 years to 5 year told me there will not be any asf that is prepaid. Now they are not giving me any booking. Even not responding of my email. When they were converting my membership they told me you can book any time without any season restriction. They always give me season restriction reason. Also when i am doing fight to go to their office then what ever property they are offered me that property i got in 1500/- from other portal.

                                        My membership number is 136043 since march 2017 & given a hefty amount for it and have not been able to avail their services till date. But now when i need one day booking, nobody is picking the call on the toll free number since last 3 days & also no one is replying to email dropped by me for reservation for 23 aug 2019.

                                        Nobody listens/ reply to the bookings
