Myself Tushar K. Shah, Ahmedabad. As I had taken your club membership on 10/11/2017, On that Day I had paid Rs.31, 000/= as a Down payment (through Card No. 8844), very next day I had paid balance payment of Rs.1, 00, 000/= (through card no. 4545).Total paid Rs.1, 31, 000/= to you.
As we had mailed you at [protected]@jukasojourneys.com to cancel our membership on 13/11/2017, through our mail ID [protected]@yahoo.com
As you know the reason of cancellation of our membership, All fake promises given by you, Even verification call is handled by your sales team. Very shameful for you. Even you had not taken step to return our money. Every time we are getting answer that it is under process. For your knowledge already six month completed although we have not received our membership fee. Your Ahmedabad office is closed. Not a single phone is working of your Ahmedabad sales team.
We request you to return our money without any deduction and with interest (18%) immediately within 10 days. Otherwise we appeal in consumer court with all applicable expenses will be bare you. This is for your information.

Jukaso Journeys customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
3 year back on 21 oct 2018, we have purchased a yearly package from jacaso and we have spent 1 lakh for the same (Ref No 135777)
22 Oct 18, next day we requested for the cancellation due to some personal reason and they assure me that 5000 will be deducted, the rest amount will be refunded.
I have visited 1000 tym in your gurgaon jacaso office and they advise us to wait. We will refund you but still we did not get our refund.
Now, we are facing financial problems due to covid pandemic so please provide our refund otherwise we will take serious action against your company.
Now I lose my temper so I need my money back and If you are not providing my refund then I will escalate this to social media and that time i will take action against your company.
