[Resolved] Jukaso Journeys — Bad staff/Scamsters: Do not even waste your time going for their invite/presentation | |||||
Me and my wife were invited on Saturday 14-Jan-17 from 6:45-7:30 pm at their Jukaso inn property, Sunder Nagar, New Delhi on the pretext of collection of a free gift of Rs 15, 000 vibes salon gift voucher that we had apparently got in a lucky draw. The whole propaganda was to forcefully make us buy their 10 year membership on the spot without giving us even a day to think. Despite clearing with their executive on the phone that I will not be buying the membership on spot their executive/manager Ms. Richa got aggressive and started misbehaving with us when we refused to buy their package on the spot. Then they initially also refused to give the Vibes Salon gift voucher which was promised saying that they were out of stock. Anyhow after speaking to their incharge I was able to get the same but that voucher also turned out to be a sham. The supposedly voucher for free services of Rs 15, 000 firstly needs an upfront payment of around Rs 1, 750 which was never told on the phone. Also then the Vibes Salon at Green Park was disinterested in giving the appointment on knowing that we had a free voucher and then eventually when my wife went there for the services on 19-Jan-17 they made an excuse that half the services warranted on the voucher could not be given as their staff was unavailabe today and the remaining services were also given in a very poor manner which you usually would not get at a vibes salon. So overall I would say if anyone from Juakso Journey calls you on the pretext of giving a free gift dont even waste your time going for it or even consider buying any holiday package from them as they are totally useless company with staff that misbehaves with clients which you can also see from even a lot of bad customer reviews on google.
