[Resolved]  Jukaso Journeys — not received my money after submitting cancellation form

I have taken contract with Jukaso Journeys on 11th June 2017 by payment of Rs.72, 000/- They promised along with their Jukaso journey services they are going to provide Spa services in Thalwalker 2 times in a month. But I realized there was no such SPA services in Thalwalker. I have sent contract cancellation e-mail on 17th June 2017 and physical copies sent on 18th June 2017(8th day) by speed post. But I have not received my amount back till now. I have attached the documents in this complaint and E-mail communication thread as well. As per the contract agreement, they have to re-pay my money, after deducting Rs, 5000/-. Can you please look into my issue and for my money back.

Many times, I tried to reach customer care. But customer care will never pick my calls. Please find the attached E-mail thread with Jukaso Journeys in 5 split files.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Thanks for the update. I have submitted all the required documents to cancel my contract, 3 months back. I have not received any response, on which date / tentative date, to get my money back till now. Please let me know, when can I receive my money back. Please let me know, if you need any more information from me, regarding cancellation documents.

Dear Consumer Complaints,

Please let me know, whether can I get my money (Rs. 35, 000/-) back from Jukaso.

I sent the following below email to Jukaso today.

The following are the details
Jukaso means Journeys by Jukaso

11th June 2017 discussion between 5:00 to 8:00 pm
Reached venue and convinced with venue manager Srikanth information and paid Rs. 72, 000/- for 5 years contract using my ICICI bank credit card.
During discussion Srikanth Informed me that, In Kukatpally bus stand, Talwalkar branch is available.
Along with Journey services, Free Spa coupons will be provided to Applicant and Co-applicant for each month (5years), during the contract period.
After amount paid, no receipt was provided by Jukaso to me.
My Signatures was taken in the contract Agreement, but no one signed from your company Jukaso.
After paying Rs. 72, 000/- One call came to my mobile from your organization Jukaso, your venue manager has taken my mobile and picked and answered the call. I don’t know, what he has answered.
I am in assumption, venue manager (Sreekanth) is from Jukaso.

14th June 2017 discussion:
Keeping in mind with little doubt in mind, I have not received any receipt and no signature from Jukaso, I approached the venue manager for cancellation for the contract agreement.
He introduced me to another person, saying that Abdul Kaleem is from Jukaso. Abdul convinced me that, if it is cancellation, It will take many months to get money back. So suggested me to downgrade the contract from 5 years to 3 years, so that I will receive Rs. 32, 000/- by 14th June 2017 or max by 15th June 2017. Abdul has taken signature from me for downgrade, but they have not given any acknowledgment for the same.
I have not received any amount on either 14th or 15th June 2017.
I called to Srikanth and Abul many times, but not received any amount till 17th June 2017.

17th June 2017 discussion:
I reached venue manager Srikanth at venue, but no use.
I called several times to customer care in front of the venue manager Srikanth, no one is picking my call. When I check with Srikanth, he informed me, customer care will not pick the calls. Don’t worry, I will help you, whenever you are travelling.
Slowly increasing doubts in my mind about the company Jukaso, as I don’t have any proofs from Jukaso. Since no one has signed on any documents from Jukaso.
Now I have verified about Talwalkar in Kukatpally bus stand. There is no such branch at Kukatpally bus stand.
I found one branch of Talwalkar in KPHB inside, and there is no Spa available in Talwalkar.
I realized, I am going to be cheated by the company Jukaso.

18th June 2017:
I gone through the contract agreement, is there anything information written regarding cancellation. I found cancellation information saying that, cancellation of contract can be sent within 10 days, so that Rs. 5, 000/- will be deducted and the remaining amount of payment will be paid back.
I scanned all the required documents on Sunday.

19th June 2017:
I sent all the required documents (around 20 pages) by speed post to Journeys by Jukaso as mentioned in the contract agreement.

20th June 2017:
After receiving my e-mail by Jukaso on 19th June 2017 regarding cancellation, Rs. 32, 000/- was deposited by Jukaso in my ICICI bank account on 20th June 2017. But I have already submitted for the cancellation of the contract by keeping in mind, all the promised information by Srikanth went falls. And I have not received any e-mail or phone call saying that, Jukaso is downgrading my contract.

In the month of June and July, I am not aware of about Consumer complaints web site. Before complaint, I have not received any calls / emails from Jukaso.
Once I raised a complaint in Consumer complaints, I am receiving calls from Jukaso to convenience me to utilize their services. And sending e-mails in such a way that, I am going to be convinced.
Please don’t use your drafting intelligence saying that, I am going to utilize your services.
After looking the above falls statements by your venue manager and not picking the calls by customer care, how can I plan my holiday vacations. I don’t want to make my family in trouble.
I am not at all convincing for your calls / emails and please arrange me the balance amount of Rs. 35, 000/- to me as soon as possible.
