I have purchased the membership on 30st sep 2016 by paying amount of 1.45lakh and after 2-3 days i got verification call from smita, due to which i came to know that jukaso representatives (sandeep/rakesh/nikhat) ([protected]) has given us wrong commitments during presentation @hotel fortune inn pune on 30th sep2016. After that i have immediately sent membership cancellation email on 4th oct 2016. Below are the points which they mentioned in their presentation and complementaries. 1. full complementary dubai trip for 2 people 3n/4d including visa, both side flights, food, sight seens, cab, guide etc. please find the attached pic of our agreement copy for your reference. 2. we asked them, what comes under our membership plan - below are example given by the presenter:- If your going to singapore, then no need to pay anything extra, company (jukaso) will takecare for your visa's, 30℅discounts on international flights both side, on ur arrival cab will receive you, and drop you hotel.in hotel breakfast and dinner will be provided by company only and during your stay, sight scene, fun activities etc will be from company only. Please see our details below. Membership taken on 30sep2016 Amount paid -145000 lakh Mob[protected] Email-sachin. [protected]@gmail.com Note : as this false commitment is done by your employees only, so i want my full amount of 145000 lakh, we are not going to bear your amount (3000/5000rs) cutting policies. I have called many times to call centre, regarding my cancellation/refund status of money and every time they are giving same answer, that your request is under process, please call after 90 days. and now for me already 36 days are over and no positive response came from company.
