This is the worst experience that i had in my entire life. I travelled for 6 hours from delhi to bhimtal with my friend and his family with two kids, one of 3 years and one of 1.5 yrs. When i reached seven heavens they told me that i would be given alternate property, i agreed but the alternative property, some damyanti hotel, was eqall to a hell. We reached there in one hour. The road was pathetic and the location as well.
I am attaching the pics.
I haven't accepted it, and aftwr discussing this with your team and mr. Karan for 2 hours which was useless, as nothing was done in my favour, and now i am returning as no other hotel is available, attaching pics as well.
My entire trip has been ruined.
Ritika from jukasso promised me a callback but after 2 hrs still waiting.
Looking for a response.

This is in continuatom to the above mail on which i still have not got any response.
On 13th may, the same date on which the bhimtal incidence happened with me, we chossed to book jukaso manu maharani as we had a reservation for 14th check in and 15th checkout. So we booked two rooms from goibibo for 13th night. On 14th morning we choosed to continue with the same room bookings in cottage no. 306 and 307.
On 14th night, me and my family along with my friends family decided to go for dinner around 10 pm to a nearby restaurant. When we came back to our cottages, we found that the back window of 307 has been broken and all the stff has been disturbed. Someone broke into the room, all of the cash which was around 20000 was stolen. We immediately informed the reception guy and they were so ignorant that they came after 15-20 mins. They start analysing and told us "hum dekhenge".
When we didnt got any proper response from them, we decided to file a complaint, around 1 am the police arrived, and analysed and we were pretty sure that it is someone from the staff who did this, so police did their interrogation and all. After sometime the great manager mr. Manoj sharma arrived, and came up with a solution, that they will give us our lost money and help me with my cancellation of the membership, on all the conditions we agreed as we were not having any option, i was with a family with two kids of 1.5 years and 3 years and we were struggling with this situation at 3 am. Then we were so affraid that we decided to stay in a single cottage for that night.
In morning mr sharma did give us some money back and promised that the pending amount will be transferred to the account. We again agreed to his innocent commitment as left the place.
But once we reach delhi, it has been 2 weeks and nothing has been done.
I havnt received any call. I called manoj sharma and now he is completely misbehaving. He said hamse jitna ho sakta tha kar diya, ab aap jukaso gurgaon se follow up karo.
Ok, i tried that as well, went to the journeys office, no body attended for almost an hour, then some junior ex ashwin attended and listened to my suffering and promised a callback from senior mr. Anuj pandey.
Now it has been 10 days, i am still waiting for a call, i tried calling the great mr. Pandey for atleast 20 times, but no response. I tried the office no. S, afyer they ask my ne, they disconnect.
I am totally frustrated now and will go for consumer court and social media escalations along with filimg a second complaint with sho ramnagar.

I bought membership in Pune and then whole team vanished. Now only telephonic complaints can be done and these guys are doing nothing. This is going on far last 1 year.
