I have not subscribed to junglee rummy ever in my life, still I receive promotion sms everyday, this suggests some malpractices in procuring user information from other sites and breach of my privacy.
i do not want to receive any further messages from junglee rummy and it is my humble request that please stop such frivolous marketing tactics as it is quiet frustrating.

    Why should i fill these forms as i have never ever register my mobile number with you .
    Moreover whatever you provided Unsubscribe form link is not correct or just showing half link and i am unable to open it.

                This is Ganesh, I'm using the JungleeRummy account of [protected], and I'm playing rummy fairly, When I was try to withdraw my money from my account and I got to noticed that PAN upload is failing due to which it was linked with some other account as well. I was using a [protected] account earlier and I'm not using this account anymore for the past 2 years, and I thought it was not active.

                But now I'm failing to withdraw my amount due to this, The above information I said here is true to my knowledge and I'm not involved in any fraudulent activity. Please check it from your side and unblock my current account [protected].

                    I am Rohit Vidyasagar and have registered on Junglee Rummy on 26th Dec. 2022 after a spam of 6 months.
                    - I simply downloaded app on my iPhone and logged in with otp
                    - I have added a total of Rs 1000 on 26th Dec 2022.
                    - I have already done my KYC in the past and it had been verified by Junglee Rummy as I had withdrew Rs.100 earlier also.
                    - I won a few pool games and I placed a withdrawal request of Rs 8000 on the same day (26th Dec. 2022) which went under verification pending which was suspicious . My Junglee Rummy account was also having an additional Rs 4600/-
                    -I have played many games fairly and very smoothly till 10 am on 27th Dec. 2022
                    - Then at 11 am in the morning when I was trying to login through my mobile the error has come that my account is locked and contact support
                    - I have also received an email from [protected]@jungleerummy.com saying
                    We would like to inform you that your Junglee Rummy account has been locked due to the suspicious activity performed by you on the platform as per our internal policies your account balance has been frozen.
                    - I have replied to them several times to convince my side but in they are giving the reasons for their algorithms and saying suspicious activity is detected by our algorithms.
                    -I have just played games as usual and not even tried to change any app settings but still surprisingly and suddenly my account is locked by giving completely wrong reasons.

                    It's my humble request to Junglee Rummy to unlock my account as it is locked for very unfair and wrong reasons those are not even 1% true.

                        This is to bring to your notice that on 26th Dec 2022. I downloaded Junglee Rummy after a period of six months to play a few games of rummy.
                        I deposited Inr 1000 to the account through my Gpay account which is linked to the app.
                        So I started playing for a few hours and I won a few games which in return I won a total amount of 12, 000 Inr. So I decided to withdraw 8000 inr and my withdrawal went under verification which was shocking as the money generally gets credited in few mins.
                        So I waited for the night and then in the morning I started getting a message that my account has been locked. So i approached the contact support team via mail and they started replying that I had a fraud play and I have won those games of rummy, which is totally untrue as I have been playing rummy on my portals and never cheated or had a fraud play.
                        Then I went through this site and understood that I am not the only one Junglee Rummy had been doing this with a lot of people off late my locking their account and freezing their money .
                        Would request the team to look into this at the earliest and help me out as it’s not small amount and also this is fraud

                                    Hi, team I am very sad from your act because this was totally unfair from your side, I have never cheated with rummy which I play, and I have added total 2000 and won 7000 rs and when I had opted for withdrawal its showed under verification but after few hours when I tried two log in again it's showing your account has been locked but why?
                                    Please give me back my account and process my withdrawal.

                                      Never opted for their sms. I don't gamble, I never signed up for jungle rummy.

                                      What a waste of resources their marketing team is doing. Don't even know the ABC of targeting.
