I have not applied for Junglee rummy. Please stop messaging me....

I activated my account deposited money 3500 and won 5700 rs of which 200 rs withdrawed i submitted 5000 rs withdrawal request next day my account was locked.
Mailed junglee games and received ur account has been deactivated permanently for violation of fair play policies.
I had multiple accounts it was due to my negligence which happened unknowingly i thought due to multiple accounts they have deactivated account but received...

I haven't subscribed or look for any rummy games online but I receive irritating spam messages that could be blocked or unsubscribed. Why did this happen?
Do I need to complain anywhere else?
Stop these nonsence messages...

For deposit they didn’t ask any documents and withdrawal time they asked 48 hours time after 48 hrs my account has blocked now I’m not able to contact customer team. They are not giving proper details what is happened in my account. That have blocked intentionally for money.

If they have any issue they should inform and have to give proper detail. Simply they are blocked my account and now my money is gone.

Junglee rummy has locked my account without providing the reason. And there is no way to contact support without logging in....

Hello sir i am mithun my user id MJ_4581 of your junglee rummy site 11093 withdrawal after 3 days my withdrawal amount in under varification nothing anything issues there persons not get solve this problem I many time call to customer care or mails he says you wait 48 hours then I am already wait 48 hours after that not solve my problem you can get action....

I had made a withdrawl in Junglee Rummy on 31st Jan 7:21 P.M with withdrawl ID 21013304 but account went under verification.

I called to customer care on daily basis but they are telling to wait for 48 hrs.

Now 60 hrs. crossed but status is same, although i have submitted my PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Bank Details over mail separately.

On 25th Oct three transaction got success for the amount of Rs.10000 as per my bank statement but in Junglee rummy account only two were success and one got failed.. Failed transaction amount Rs.10000 still not credited to my bank account..

On same day 25th Oct I reached to customer service where they confirmed transaction got failed amount will be refund to you bank account in 7 working days but still amount not credited.....

Today grand finale tournament at 9:30.pm
All prize amount 5 cr with 1250 player ..
But 1049 players only playing ..
According to the count of player 41960000 amount should be disbursed to the winner
But it is only 42 lac disbursed.
