    Hi,
    I have downloaded jungleerummy mobile app .and deposited 500 Rs and played game of that money .I won 3000 Rs and when I asked them for my withdrawal the had locked my account and frozen my money without any reason...I m have video proofs of it with me

        My user-id of Junglee Rummy is ErroR1989.
        When i placed a withdrawal request of 2700rs and 1421rs on junglee rummy it went under verification of Risk Management Team on 25 Feb 2022.

        On the next day they mailed me and locked my account.

            I activated my account deposited money 3500 and won 5700 rs of which 200 rs withdrawed i submitted 5000 rs withdrawal request next day my account was locked.
            Mailed junglee games and received ur account has been deactivated permanently for violation of fair play policies.
            I had multiple accounts it was due to my negligence which happened unknowingly i thought due to multiple accounts they have deactivated account but received call from junglee games they told reason for deactivation is not multiple accounts but other .
            I again mailed to junglee games the very first email i received that was besides reminder through email against violation of fair play policies ur account has been locked.actually i dint received a single male.junglee games are lying although in all accounts my personal details are same whatever has happened is unknowingly bcz i use two sims in mobile all deposited amount was only through gpay
            I just don't understand why so on Monday I'm going to file legal complaint against junglee games in consumer court

              I haven't subscribed or look for any rummy games online but I receive irritating spam messages that could be blocked or unsubscribed. Why did this happen?
              Do I need to complain anywhere else?

                For deposit they didn’t ask any documents and withdrawal time they asked 48 hours time after 48 hrs my account has blocked now I’m not able to contact customer team. They are not giving proper details what is happened in my account. That have blocked intentionally for money.

                If they have any issue they should inform and have to give proper detail. Simply they are blocked my account and now my money is gone.

                                I had made a withdrawl in Junglee Rummy on 31st Jan 7:21 P.M with withdrawl ID 21013304 but account went under verification.

                                I called to customer care on daily basis but they are telling to wait for 48 hrs.

                                Now 60 hrs. crossed but status is same, although i have submitted my PAN Card, Aadhar Card and Bank Details over mail separately.

                                Please help to withdraw.

                                  On 25th Oct three transaction got success for the amount of Rs.10000 as per my bank statement but in Junglee rummy account only two were success and one got failed.. Failed transaction amount Rs.10000 still not credited to my bank account..

                                  On same day 25th Oct I reached to customer service where they confirmed transaction got failed amount will be refund to you bank account in 7 working days but still amount not credited.. Attached screenshot for your reference..

                                  Please assist either amount rs10000 needs to be credited to rummy account or to my bank account
