i have been playing on this junglee rummy from many years.
never really won any big tournament.
today, i won morning finale ticket with 300 rupees cash. i registered for the morning finale tournament which was on 11am but my account was locked by junglee rummy website without any reason. due to which i was unable to play the tournament at 11am where i have a chance to win ticket for weekly finale....

As I contacted more than twice for account deletion but all the time same response from there side and no action was taken
I even applied grievance for this and provide them by mobile number and username...

I have never subscribed or downloaded this game. I dont even know how to play rummy.

I dont know why you guys are sending me messages like -

Junglee rummy is a website running by a bunch of brainless people who know only to loot money. I have contacted them around 50 times through both call and mail for last 2 months to stop sending promo sms to my phone number. Till now they are not able to resolve it and still i am getting their stupid sms. This kind of third rate mobile app/ website should not exist. I already spent much time for resolution, but they are not capable of resolving...

I started jungle since 2016 before that u was very reputed person in my native i lost almost 25 lakhs in junglerummy and taken loan from all banks and in native then i locked my account and joined deccan rummy i win alot almost 8 lakhs there almost worked hard and clear some loan now since may again they added some bonus back to back anss i started again in jungle meanwhile i'm playing indeccan...

When i found that they are not trustable, i asked them to close the account and not to send sms & calls. They sent a mail that my account deleted from the site and blocked my number from getting sms & calls. But i am getting calls & sms from these #. Sent several mails, they say they are working, but repeating the same. They are acting like thugs & goons....

Everyday iam getting call and sms from junglee rummy to install the app and play rummy on my phone and iam not interested i want to opt out for the same. I dont want to receive any messages and robot call. Pls help me out....
