    This is completely fake site. They place their own players on the table and cards are manipulated so greatly and this thing gives so much menatl torture and because of addiction, cant stop playing. Till now my loss gap is 1 lakh plus and their cs says the gap will reduce and that day i started winning something but again m loosing, so it proves tht games are manipulated and controlled by them. I just want the government should ban this site especially and return the loss to the sufferers.

    As discussed all your queries have been resolved by Junglee Rummy.
    i have withdrawal 9000 rs now but my withdrawal is not being processed, i have already lost lakhs of rupees but now i want my money back to my bank account not in this jungle fake account. Please i beg u know to process my withdrawal request,
    Guys I also lost over 70 thousand rupees. They are doing fraud, Some specific guys win all the time you win some times but loose most of the time. Lets get together collectively and file a case in court its not at all genuine.

      I deposited the amount of 1, 50, 000 in different different installments to the site but finally the game which i won is not returning. And they r saying once deposited cash will not be returned. And here the game is completely manipulated by their team members. Finally the result is loosing the money of members.

        The company is cheating people when we win one or two games and when u withdraw and for the next few hours you wont will and will lose all the money... Since it is an additcted game they are playing a racket around there.. Customer care doesnt respond to the mail sent. Please beware dont lose your money like i do..

          Junglee rummy site they call themselves as fastest growing site, they are very poor in customer service

          1) they have customer care number[protected]

          Timing 10:30 am - 6:30 pm, ur call will not connect because its always busy busy.. just try you will get message on your mobile screen "line is busy". cant they keep people to take the calls by having multiple lines in one number? so pathetic earning a lot daily but a poor customer service

          2) the second thing is their email response which comes from id [protected]@jungleerummy.com i have many proofs with me when we requires any support / complaint/ immediate doubt when we raise enquiry with them, they will give reply with no doubt in 2-3 weeks time. thats so great and humble from their side

          When site is earning laksh daily from customers like us. they are least bothered to give the proper service to customers

          3) i making one request to them from last 6 months. many people are loosing laksh and lakhs in point rummy for stake value of rs 125. because of 2 decks and jokers with 2 players the game finishes very fast and one will loose heavily. to handle this situation's they have to introduce without joker game which will atleast have the rummy of skill rather than luck with joker game. there many instances i have lost a lot, with rs 125 point rummy. where you get 4 jokers with good cards and no life. if your luck is bad the opponent finishes the game in 3rounds. and youre gone. theyare somany chances one will loose more in high stake games when jokers are there.

          I too agree.. on the above

          1) The customer care number lines are busy, you will never get a call back also if you raise requst

          2) As you said the reply to mails to [protected]@junglee is too too pathetic.. they reply after one motnh

          i think one phone operator and one email operator are the only employess for jungleerummy.com

          Due to Rs 125 POints rummy i too lost a lot of money in their site. As you said they should Introduce WITHOUT JOker games also for high stakes

          They are earning so much money from public but service is the Worst part

                    , the junglee rummy are cheating people in the name of fair games, you win a few games and withdraw and check it out, u win a two three gaames and then some times 20 30 games u would not win a game they are running a racket here of duping people

                        I made a withdrawal of Rs.30000 on 10th march 2014 but they rejected the same on 12th March after 2 days. I initiated again on 12th March 2014 but now they are not responding on that via email or phone.
                        They have not given their mobile number anywhere on internet, so finding the way to contact them.
                        Their intentions do not sound good as they are not processing my withdrawal. I want to take this matter legal now, will logde FIR if required.

                        Hi,

                        Junglee games contact address is mentioned below:-

                        805 DLF Tower A, Jasola District Plaza, Jasola, New Delhi, 110044 But no contact number available.

                        Need to visit them first and then initiate legal proceeding against them.
                        I made a withdrawal of Rs.80000 on 8th may 2014 but they rejected the same on 10th May after 2 days. I initiated again on 10th May 2014 but now they are not responding on that via email or phone. They have not given their mobile number anywhere on internet, so finding the way to contact them. Their intentions do not sound good as they are not processing my withdrawal. I want to take this matter legal now, will logde FIR if required.

                        Please logde FIR. They are doing business illegal way and also not good company for employee...
                        I had requested for Rs. Rs. 54, 205.00 on 1/9/2015 11:04:52 PM vide withdrawal id No. 107144, but its not processed yet, i have written atleast 5 emails to them but not getting reply to any one of those.

                        Please look into the matter and sort out at the earliest.

                          Here i am going to tell you about something junglee games india pvt ltd. this will help to understand to any employee who want to join this company.
                          This company is not trusted company as employee level or job point of view so please don't join this company at any cost if the company give you any amount of money. this company is not professional and can terminate your services at any time.

                          This company selected me after all round and after giving me offer letter and i signed the offer letter and sent to company after one day company withdraw my offer letter because i asked some question to hr/ rahul (coo) related to offer letter (terms and condition).
                          That's why company withdraw my offer letter.

                          Just think, how any company take this type of decision because the selected candidate asked to some question related to terms and condition. it is clear sign company is not friendly for employee.


                          I have offer letter and also hr mails related to this issue. so please don't join this company otherwise you will face very big problem.

                          This is non-sense company. The company hired you first and if you say anything about your previous company or you resigned your current company then they informed you, they are going to withdraw you In offer letter, they wrote one line, after three months company can fire you any time without any notice period.

                          so please don't join this company otherwise you career will be destroy
