Dear friends,

Believe my words. Earlier i had lot of trust & belief in jungleerummy website. Now i understood they cheat & loot money by manipulating software using duped players.

Read the story below (Notice carefully):-
&

* i was a vip player and so that whenever i dont play for few days they give bonus (1000 rs, 2000 rs.. Etc)

* around 3 months back they provided me a bonus amount of 1000 rs. I played around 10 games & gave withdrawal request of 1135 rs. I won 135 rs extra & they rejected my withdrawal request. The reason mentioned was "less number of games played"

As they rejected my withdrawal request i started to play with 1135rs & during that time i noticed duped players in the website.

The main aim is to make loss of the full amount by duped players & motivate the player to deposit more cash & loot that money also.

I complained them all these through email & till date i didn't get any reply.

* jungleerummy follow a cheating technique similar to fish cashing technique.

* once if you deposit cash they loot the money making you to drop the games or else you will give full count (80 points) even with good cards.

* in order to win the lost money you will add more cash. Now they will use duped players & loot all your money.

Its my kind advice. Dont play in jungleerummy.

A. Waiting for other players to Join the table or
B. In one of the instance, you were in waiting mode
C. In one instance you dropped the game and lost by 20 points.

The video does not showcase any claims made by you in your complaint. Moreover, the video you posted seems to be very old as your account is locked since July'17 and the current UI of our mobile site is not as reflecting in the uploaded video.

We also checked that all your emails have been responded to within 24 hours. The last email sent by you was on JUL 24TH, 2017 which was responded to on the same date.

The bonus credited to your account is the money of Junglee Rummy which is to help you to play cash games and then withdraw your winning amount.

    My account was locked, user id is "eswarkumar12", i won 3800 rupees, when i made a withdrawal request my account was locked..

Why would i do any cheating while i could play and win amount?? Check my withdrawls how did i win that many withdrawls if i cant play my games goodly??

    i got same issue. they are making a lot of money in the name of risk management team. they took my rs.9500. they send me game log and saying that other player discarded low value card. and that is a fraud play. if a player discard low value card, does that mean a fraud play? i domt understand their psychology. just stop playing on this website. thats better. i am very disappointed these days after they did this to me. even if we dont commit fraud, their risk management will prove that we committed fraud.

But whose persons belong to same ip adress not played in same table... They tell you play on same table... How it is possible... I loss 2500 money... Dont play junglee rummy it is fraud...         The website https://www.jungleerummy.com/ which is also known as junglee rummy is a fraud online game website, i registered on this site and started playing rummy game, unfortunately i lost more than 50000 (Fifty thousand rupees). I didn't win even a single game and earned money from there. By the time i noticed that the other players give cards to each other when i was close to win the game. Only a single person was operating the many accounts or users who were playing with me. Don't play and invest your hard earned money into this website and they are fraud fraud fraud just fraud. They also send continues unwanted messages to your personal mobile number even after you stopped playing and unsubscribed from their newsletter. They force you to play and give you exciting offer to earn money without using credit or debit card, they just give only 25 inr when you register. When you lose this money, then you have to add more money from your credit or debit card, but i am sure they are fraud and you can't win money from their site. Totally fraud and scammers are there and waiting to cheat you.

          Jungleerummy is using duped players by manipulating software. Whenever you withdraw money they do this & make you to loose more money. They purposely make you to play with bots & snatch your money.

            My name is shiva. Currently working as the hiring manager at a private limited company. I have been using this website for around one year. I dont play frequently but only occasionally. Last day, when i tried to login, a message appeared that my account got locked. I thought it would be any technical error. So i wrote it to support team. But their reply was shocking. It was

            There are two chances why they blocked my account

            First one is their investigation team may be real idiots. Their findings are just false.
            Second one is they have blocked my account because i had some money around 1000 rupees in my account. So that if i give a withdrawel request, they dont have to give it to me.

            Anyway my suggestion is dont play games on jungleerummy. This can happen to anybody. If you dont want to waste your time and money, dont play on this website.

              Pls don't play this cheap game i started to play this game only with rs 100 but with that i found that how trustable they are those people are cheating our money. When i finished matching the cards and when i give declare and the final result showing as i got dropped and they are taking my money. This happened more than 6 times. So pls stop playing these games

              We apologize you feel this way however as observed in the screenshot shared - you got dropped as you made an invalid declaration. As per the rules of 13 card point rummy, the cards should have:

              A. 1 pure sequence
              B. A second sequence (Pure/Impure)
              C. Rest of the cards arranged in valid sets/sequence.

              The cards you declared does not contain a pure sequence, hence considered invalid. As per rummy rules if you make an invalid declaration you lose by 80 points.

                I have been playing rummy from 20 years and has mastered all the skills in this area. But this site has proved that all the skills are in vain when the cards are being controlled.

                I won some amount day before yesterday, withdrew that and then left with 1140 rupees in my rummy account. Not surprised, i lost that money and it was obvious that i would loose that money if i have raised any withdrawal request. Thereafter, i had no money in rummy account. I was happy to make a profit of 2650/-. I thought it would do no harm if i deposit 1000 from my profit and i did the same. I lost 1000. I got a little tense. But still i was in 1650 profit. I deposited 1000 more again, but lost that also continuously. Now profit was 650. I deposited 650. I lost that also. The profit i am talking is of one week only. However, i have lost only earlier. Now, i was at par. I deposited 1000 again from my account. I lost that. I got nervous, i deposited 1000 more and i lost that also. This was the limit. But i thought to give one more try and thought i will play carefully. I deposited 1000 more. I played very carefully, i dropped the games even i have jokers but no life. I kept on dropping. But at one stage, i could not drop such game coz would get eliminated. I played. I lost. I was out of my senses then. The morning was good but the night had been worst.

                In total i have lost 3000 money[protected] and i believe this money will be credited to my jungle rummy account today only.

                Observations:-
                1. You withdraw your money, you will loose the balance which is left in your account.
                2. You cancel your withdrawal, you will loose the amount.
                3. You get many jokers but no life, don't play, it is their trap to make you play.
                4. There are site players (Bots) and they wont let you win even if you the best rummy player in this world.

                Conclusion:-

                There is no difference between this and match fixing. You have some of your players, you know the outcome. Games are fixed.

                  Im a master in rummy games. Never lost as many games as I lost through jungle rummy. You will have a perfect run at the beginning but eventually end up with penniless. They have dummy players (I guess) loaded with power cards(jokers) and win most games and earn the lion share of the game.
                  How can the government have a blind eye on these fraudulant action while the local police smell and catch the poor card players in the villages? Probably the money that matters as usual.I lost about 20000 in no time.

                    Yes, I agree with you. This website is fake and it is tricking people. I am a Rummy champ. I have been playing Rummy for the past 9 years. Every time I play Rummy on jungle rummy, I lose the tournament. I don’t know how. I have played many online rummy games in India on various websites. There is not such website where I lose always. I think they are trying to trick the users. They do promotions to increase the traffic and once when the people are there on their website they fool them. Also, once I had lodged a complaint with their customer support. They just did not have the answer to my query. Thy kept pushing me by saying we will get back to you. But no one ever bothered to get back to me. I have stopped playing Rummy on this website. I have realized it is just a waste of my time.                       I suspect that junglee rummy own employees will play for higher amounts deal rummy games. I strongly recommend every not to play junglee rummy. These people spend alot for advertisements and will recover everything from our money. Since they have complete control over the cards they can bluff the players to any extent. Playing online rummy is not at all recommended. Also i requested for few tens withdrawl after loosing thousands but the request is not processed yet.

                                I had around rs5000/-in my account my userid is joshcira1122. When i asked for a withdrawal they locked my account. I sent emails to support team but there is no reply yet. I recommend all not to play on this jungleerummy site rather play on add a52 or bigadda or any other sites. This site is not genuine. They block the account when anyone asks for a withdrawal. I will be posting this on social media too if action is not taken. This is not the way you guys treat ur genuine players...
