As checked in the video you have posted, you are:
A. Waiting for other players to Join the table or
B. In one of the instance, you were in waiting mode
C. In one instance you dropped the game and lost by 20 points.
The video does not showcase any claims made by you in your complaint. Moreover, the video you posted seems to be very old as your account is locked since July'17 and the current UI of our mobile site is not as reflecting in the uploaded video.

As informed to you, please go through the terms & conditions of our website which specifies the policy in place related to bonus amount.
The bonus credited to your account is the money of Junglee Rummy which is to help you to play cash games and then withdraw your winning amount.
Further, as informed, the details are already available under "Fair Play Deposit and Withdrawal policy" in our terms & conditions you agreed to at the time of registration.

As we have already specified if you want to play cash rummy games - you need to use your own money. Else, you do have the option of playing Free Chip games or Free Tournaments. All cash prizes earned from playing free/cash tournaments can be withdrawn.
At the moment, you would not be able to play as your account is locked since July 2017 basis your request.

i got same issue. they are making a lot of money in the name of risk management team. they took my rs.9500. they send me game log and saying that other player discarded low value card. and that is a fraud play. if a player discard low value card, does that mean a fraud play? i domt understand their psychology. just stop playing on this website. thats better. i am very disappointed these days after they did this to me. even if we dont commit fraud, their risk management will prove that we committed fraud.
