              Junglee rummy advertises through messages and gives fake ads showing that we have won cash prizes. I also recieved ads from numbers that weren't officially from company! if these don't stop, then I would like to complain about this to cyber police.

                  Sir there is no username provided at the time of creating an account on Junglee rummy. Logging is by phone number. On repeatedly complaining regarding locking of my account all I get in reply is a pure typed message saying kindly provide us with a user name? I do not have a username so what next?

                    On 25 Feb aron 10.04 pm I deposited 5000 amount to junglee rummy via gpay transaction was successful but there is no information about my transaction in my rummy account and amount also not credited to my account I tried to contact junglee rummy but unable to reach them here with I'm attaching gpay ref no screenshot

                      I have logged several complaints about locking my account with 1000s of ₹₹ in my account by Junglee rummy. However each time I have got a single line reply to provide to then username. I have logged in to the Junglee rummy account using an app on my phone and the log in is my phone number and not by any user name. When I try to log in it says account is blocked contact support. However there is no number provided for support or any other means of contacting them. As such this complaint is also being uploaded using this consumer forum only.

                      Kindly talk me how to find out my username is I cannot log in to my account which has been blocked by you as soon as I had raised a request to withdraw my money!

                        I have lodged several complaints about blocking of my Junglee rummy account. The company has been kind enough to respond. However they have one single line response which says “kindly share with us your user name so that we can resolve the matter”.
                        I would like to inform the company that the game is played online using a smart phone app in which you log in using your mobile number and there is no user name created or known to me. I have repeatedly responded to the rummy circle customer care replies that my user name is my mobile number but they don’t seem to reconcile. And now that my account is locked I cannot access it. When I try to log in it says account has been locked contact support? How? With a locked account how do I contact their support? There is no customer care number no email to complain and we have to use the services of this complaint forum to reach Junglee rummy

                        Kindly let me know how to contact Junglee rummy for resolution to my issue of having not received my withdrawals and also locking of my 1000s of ₹ in my Junglee rummy account which I cannot access now

                          They send a promotional message on daily basis on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website. I don't know how they got my number. They send their messages from a different number each time so i can't even block them.

                                  I had complained that my account with money in it has been blocked. Also withdrawal amount has not been paid to me. The only response that I got was kindly inform us the username. The log in to Junglee rummy account is through a mobile app in which you fill in your mobile number. After that a full KYC procedure has been followed. I have used the account for only few days and when I made a withdrawal my account was locked and I cannot log in . There are 1000s of rupees belonging to me in my account which have been locked. There is no call number no email id on which I can talk to Junglee rummy and there is no support service . Kindly resolve at the earliest
