Dear editor

I placed withdrawal request in junglee rummy on 19/06/2017 but till date they not process my withdrawal so i send mail to junglee rummy but no response and called customer support mr naveen told sure amount credited yesterday evening but till time my withdrawal not processed every time they doing like this only they give only preference for vip player only.

Hi this is kamraj from i would like to bring the kind notice that i am the played junglee rummy but the main problem for junglee rummy when ever i placed withdrawal request in junglee rummy they just hold my withdrawal and put my withdrawal under verification last time also i placed the same problem this is very worst so you are requested to kindly look into this and do the needful

    Fraud site. Fake players involved.

    There is a lot of foul play involved in this site. I have lost 1 lack rs in a month. Even if you win 1 game you will loose more than what you have won and also the amount that you have deposited. I have been a vip player. They attract you to play games with stupid promotions and then you end up loosing all your money. This site is already banned in 3 states. I expect a return of all my money and i seriously urge everyone to not waste your...

    I had around rs5000/-in my account my userid is joshcira1122. When i asked for a withdrawal they locked my account. I sent emails to support team but there is no reply yet. I recommend all not to play on this jungleerummy site rather play on add a52 or bigadda or any other sites. This site is not genuine. They block the account when anyone asks for a withdrawal. I will be posting this on social media too if action is not taken. This is not the way you guys treat ur genuine players...

        I have been playing this game since 1 year loyally, but i am suspecting a lot of foul play as i have lost more than 2 lakh in 2-3 months even after good cards every time. Everytime, if i win 1000, the next 5 games it will make me to lose double. Please dont lose the customer who plays everyday with 200 games.
        I expect to return money which i have lost a lot

        I know its a skilled based game, and that is why i am into it since years, but there is a way you win and lose irrespective of good cards with you everytime, how is it even possible ending up only loss eveyrtime even after getting good cards after winning few matches. How is it evertytime that the player drop only when i get good cards. its a loss of more than 2 lakh. As u can see, i am the customer with you since year as a VIP customer with everyday 200 games minimum, i had also alerted before with one of the username telling that please check there is a foul play.

            I have lost around 10lacs in this online rummy site. My life has reined because of this. The money will never going to come to you. It is always stays with them. They are doing this business by looting people like us. I have observed few thing that i like to share.
            The more money you add the more they loot you, you will never get a game to win.
            They will give many jokers prompting to play the game but you will lose the game with 80points.
            There is a fault in drawing cards.
            If you try to withdraw the money and then cancel it you will lose all that money. You will never going to get a single paisa from this rummy site.

            Requesting all the online rummy playiner to stop playing and save your money.

            And please take some legal action against them.

            I totally agree that wining and losing is based on the skill and strategies but if the game are being manipulated by you then no one can do any thing regardless how skilled you are.
            Everything that is happening is controlled by you, who's gonna win and who's gonna lose so that the money stays with you.
            Yes. I agree with you. This website is just looting people. The more money you put in it the more it will loot you. I am very good with Rummy, however every time I play a game on this website I only lose. I don’t know how that is possible. Also, they are manipulating the game for sure. You get so many Jokers in every game, but still you will lose. I have wasted a lot of money on this website and I regret doing so. I have completely stopped playing any game or tournament on this silly website. It is not at all safe or reliable. They are just here to loot people. I have lost almost 20000 Rs because of this website. Also, when I try to lodge a complaint with their customer care service, they just don’t respond. They are least interested in solving the user’s query. I have had a horrible experience with this website. Never ever am I going to play any game on this site.               I have suffered from the same fraud issues in this site. This site is fraud.. Their executives will give you offers, bonuses because they know you are addicted and have lost so much money and a small bonus will attract t0 play again and loose more money..

              Important*all of you who wants your money back, mail me on this id with your name and username..*

              No action has been taken against this site. Why???
              Is this forum also being paid by such fraud companies so that they don't take action against them?

              Guys if anybody has a contact in any ministry, then lets lodge complaint against such sites and we will ask for our compensation.
              Obviously these sites keep all our transaction records..
              Mail me.. I will prepare the list and we all can together make some noise and put a ban on such companies.

                    I have played many times this rummy in many sites. But in junglee rummy they cheating players.. It happened to me several times and i thought at first its of my mistake.. But after reading and studying their play rule completely and abiding with them. That is when i finished the came by making sequences and sets according to the rule in point rummy they made me dropped from the game and lost my play and money... So now i also realized its a fraud rummy site.. They cheats... I have screen shot of what i played and lost.. They dropped me instead making win even though my play was as to their rules...                         so i needed your support i have losed over 50000 rs in this game in last 2 weeks, i request you not to play this game its all fake..

                        today customer support called me, stated that its all about game of skill sometimes you win and lose, but the matter of fact is i have always losed, they stated we cant refund your money but we can give you bonus of 500 rs, , but i refused to accept that 500 rs bonus ...

                        also they stated me to take rest dont play game, asked do you want us to block your account? i replied no .. i need proof of transaction so that i can raise a complain...

                                This is Hrithik from mumbai. I would like to bring the kind notice that I am new player in junglee rummy referred by few of my friends. I had good luck at start and I got almost 2300 in 3 days but I am facing problem here. I got 1st two withdrawal with in fee hours and my recent withdrawal is under verification. I have seen lots of plyaers having same problem.
                                Is junglee Rummy safe??

                                  i m jani basha i have account in jungleerummy from last two years i am vip player there in the begining they are so helpful if i lost money they give bonus cheer me play more games time goes on what happens my loss continue i never recover i got angry i mailed lock my account if you dont add bonus they locked my account after some time i requested unlock my account after two years of addiction they playing hard ball what support team told on phone i[censored] write mail add bonus we cant unlock your account i am just shocked in the begining they help time goes on they showing their true colours as a customer i write my problems to support team and what replay i[censored] write mails we dont allow play there i wrote two times mail to unlock my account still unlocked because i wrote my problems too support team please look into this when i play with big money no questioning they sweet and helped me when do i start questiong this happens.

                                  Each and everyone time I placed withdrawal request in junglee rummy they just hold my withdrawal and put my withdrawal under verification last time also I complaint in http://www.consumercomplaints.in after I complaint they released my withdrawal this is not a first time I faced the problem so many times kindly look into this and do the needful
