Hello all,
Junglee rummy is one of the biggest fraud site.in the month of feb2015 there was world rummy tournament in sigapore. I paid 1 lac to go there and i paid 40 k more there when i was out in ist round. Total there was 40 prizes 31-40 wining rank will get 1 lac 20 thousand. I won there in between 31-40 rank these guys didnt gave my money i continiously called them no phone pick no reply of mail.
These people are not giving my winning amount but when i loose these people take that money. Pls help me take action against such fraud website. These guy have credited my account only with 25k after shouting too much. Pls help me to get my full wining amount

i Received the call from Junglee rummy employee named Mr dattu offered me 15000 more to close the case.Why should i go when i have won 1, 20, 000Rs .
This site is 100% fraud.i have lost in this site almost more than the lacs.site having own player.you people can also observe by playing in this site .when u start to win 2-3 games 1-2 player leaves from the table and another player joins the game and start passing card to each other and u will start loosing.

i am not asking the money which i have already loosed here i am asking only the amount which i have won in singapore wrt(world rummy tournament) even was held on 28feb 2015.When i came from singapore on 2nd march i continious asked my wining amount by sending mail and call.no response.when i finally got response after 8 month then i asked money they have remade the player wining sheet where they are telling me there is no name
i have remember the 3 player name very well who was in that table with me.

Finally they want to close the case by paying me 15000 and they want this thing in written which i am not ready.
kindly help me to get my full wining amount that is 120000

i have been adding amount to junglee account from my bank account..but is not adding to my junglee account i have called soo my times but not responding to my call...and i have mailed my problem to junglee support bt not responding

Hope you have resolved AK Jains issue to his satisfaction. But what is the reason to create an issue, work on it, try to settle it and then resolve it to customers satisfaction?? When you guys are genuine, things should have been done as per the process..

Junglee rummy is a biggest fraud site .. i use to loose lakhs of rupees on this site so i decided to quit playing on this site.. but they are not going to stop themselves by calling me frequently and giving bonus codes .. so i added money and played and won some cash so at the end of the day i requested for withdraw and next day i added 48000 and lost it in no time!!! once u request for withdraw u are gone !! u are not going to win games nor u get good cards to play !!! please ban this site .

    Hi Site is maintaining internal players, these guys are getting seats side y side in each and every game simple pass the cards to each other. Ni one will will that game only win these guys only. If you complaint the same the same thing this people not take care of these guys because the reason is the internal settings only.So plase take action in Jummy rummy site, some others will save the money if some one will take action.

      I have complained so many times but no body cares to resolve. I have gone so mad and has become a patient of depression because of Jungle rummy. They have ruined my life. I have lost more than 2 lacs. They have placed their own players. I dont know how many more are there who are facing the same. i request you to take strict action against this site and give my loss back.
      I want to take this site to court. please help me in that. I have got proofs against them.

      Hi friend, we are on the same page. I completely understand how you must be feeling right now. Till date I have lost more than 1 lakhs in rummy circle. I have become so addicted that I think about playing all the time . Due to this, I have lost respect from my friends and family as I keep borrowing from them to finally lose in rummy circle. I have lost all my savings but cannot share my feelings with my friends or family members. On numerous occassions I have had suicidal tendencie. I am completely broke now. I have resigned from my job as I could not concentrate due to this horrible addiction. But, now I have finallly decided I will never play anymore. This is very difficult but I am trying my best. Since yesterday, I only play free tournaments and in due course of time, I will completely stop it too as leaving the habit of playing cards all of a sudden seems impossible for me. So, I am trying step by step. I would suggest you to do the same and never stay in the dillusion that they will return your money or you will win your lost amount by playing again. We should realise that it is a very dangerous addiction similar to drugs. So, I think its never too late to make the right decision. Otherwise we will lose so much that we will end up ending our life at one point of time. I am writing this because I have nobody to share my feèlings with. I have tried sharing same messages to other players through chat option that they have in rummy circle while playing for cash so that they don't do the same mistake I have done. Please share this to your friends or players that you know so that we can stop this sickness and these online cash gaming sites lose their business and shut down themselves because complaining in consumer forum wont't help. If me, you and thousands of other players realise the horrendous nature of this addiction and stop playing forever then these sites will be forced to shutdown. It's not possible in a day but if we keep on sharing then one day we will definitely succeed. I am also thinking about writing online blogs about this so more people get aware.       Thanks bro.. I really appreciate your reply to my post. I also want the same. i want all the rummy sites be banned. Their Customer service person only told me to continue playing and assured me that i would reduce my loss gap. I have also incurred suicidal tendencies and have gone so mad just because of junglee rummy site. i would have dropped much earlier if their manager has not approached me. I want to request all the people to support us and help us put ban on such sites.

        This is my humble request to all the people, if you are playing in junglee rummy. Then stop playing or if you are about to play then don't play, please listen my story, at first we will get attractive emails that we can earn money easily so as usually we will get attract and start playing and then after the problems get start, first we will be playing small games but unknowingly we will keep on loosing the games and we will start playing big games, if we are winning 1 game then we will lose 10 games because in the table most of the people will be from rummy circle and this is fact because one of my friend said that he had spoke to a person who works for rummy circle, so the person said to my friend that in most of the tables they will play as they can know each and every moment of the game even they have a possibility to change the game (Cards) it seems because they are people who had developed the site in this way i had lost almost 1.5 lac and now i'm nill i had lost all my savings and even bargained money from my friend to atleast cover some of the amount but lost them too, so please as no one should face the situation of mine i'm writing this don't save your money buy some or other thing but don't play in this site for sure you will loose your money if need i will write a bond also, be aware of this site.

        Yes I agree fully to the above comment. I have also losst more than 2 lakhs on this fraud site. Friends, we make something popular by using word of mouth. now, the same we can use to put all such gaming sites down who are playing with our lives and our hard earned money and future, beware. i have hundreds of screen shots as proof and trust me, the players are of junglee rummy company only. I am level 40 in this site. i loose against level1, 2, 3, and also against level 45, 50 and so on... Their meaning of level is different. This is completely fraud site. i have told so many time to block my account but till now they have not . All those who are linked to this fraud direclty should go through trial. Please share and please comment below. Share the link on facebook and make this thing viral.

          They have placed their own company players and this is a fraud site, u will win small, infact very smal but u will loose very large, my sincere requst to the government, to put a ban on such sites sothat people dont losse their patience and money.                 I am mentally ill because of this site. it is totally fraud, because of addiction, i am not able to quit playing. Still i requested them to block my account. They didn't do so.
                This site has made me a patient of depression. I am loosing my money in a silly manner. Its clear fraud. It seems also while playing that they have placed their own players. I need my loss back and after that i want my account to be blocked forever. This should happen as early as possible because of out of this addiction i will loose all my money and i feel i will become completely mad.
                I called them many times, their phone was busy and when it wasnt busy, i called, they didnt pick, i am loosing patience, i try to hurt myself, please help me.

                  I highly recommend not to play on this fraud site, they are just making us fools, ultimately we will loose only, its better to leave this site forever.
                  Today i got call from jungle rummy from a person named joseph(Nt sure though about the name), he told me that some bonus has been given to me. Though i am no interested in any bonus because my demand is that 1 lakh rupees which i have lost which has led me into depression. I will write everyday till i get my refund of loss. I will write on every possible site, every new channel links, will reach to the masses to get all these kinda fraud sites down.
                  1 month back i told them to block my account, they didnt block and because of this i started playing again and lost 20000 rs. I blame them for this. I am mentally ill.My friends make fun of me now and this is all because of this site..

                    Fake site, need refund of loss

                    i have requested junglee rummy to close my account so that i cant be able to log in to play if i wish even out of addiction. I logged into my account again and it was not closed. i stated playing and in the los 2 days i have lost 20000 rs. Every game seemed to be planned. have screen shots of some of the games. I want my loss back. I am suffering from mental depression and i blame this site for that. If any thing...

                    When i try to withdraw amount... It is not proceesing... I am unable to cancel my withdrawl & coustemetr support ph no is not connecting i am trying from last two weeks... Worst website... Pls dont add money in jungle rummy. As compared rummycircle is better atleast coustemer support is good.

                      This is completely fake site. They place their own players on the table and cards are manipulated so greatly and this thing gives so much menatl torture and because of addiction, cant stop playing. Till now my loss gap is 1 lakh plus and their cs says the gap will reduce and that day i started winning something but again m loosing, so it proves tht games are manipulated and controlled by them. I just want the government should ban this site especially and return the loss to the sufferers.

                      As discussed all your queries have been resolved by Junglee Rummy.
                      i have withdrawal 9000 rs now but my withdrawal is not being processed, i have already lost lakhs of rupees but now i want my money back to my bank account not in this jungle fake account. Please i beg u know to process my withdrawal request,
                      Guys I also lost over 70 thousand rupees. They are doing fraud, Some specific guys win all the time you win some times but loose most of the time. Lets get together collectively and file a case in court its not at all genuine.

                        I deposited the amount of 1, 50, 000 in different different installments to the site but finally the game which i won is not returning. And they r saying once deposited cash will not be returned. And here the game is completely manipulated by their team members. Finally the result is loosing the money of members.

                          The company is cheating people when we win one or two games and when u withdraw and for the next few hours you wont will and will lose all the money... Since it is an additcted game they are playing a racket around there.. Customer care doesnt respond to the mail sent. Please beware dont lose your money like i do..

                            Junglee rummy site they call themselves as fastest growing site, they are very poor in customer service

                            1) they have customer care number[protected]

                            Timing 10:30 am - 6:30 pm, ur call will not connect because its always busy busy.. just try you will get message on your mobile screen "line is busy". cant they keep people to take the calls by having multiple lines in one number? so pathetic earning a lot daily but a poor customer service

                            2) the second thing is their email response which comes from id [protected]@jungleerummy.com i have many proofs with me when we requires any support / complaint/ immediate doubt when we raise enquiry with them, they will give reply with no doubt in 2-3 weeks time. thats so great and humble from their side

                            When site is earning laksh daily from customers like us. they are least bothered to give the proper service to customers

                            3) i making one request to them from last 6 months. many people are loosing laksh and lakhs in point rummy for stake value of rs 125. because of 2 decks and jokers with 2 players the game finishes very fast and one will loose heavily. to handle this situation's they have to introduce without joker game which will atleast have the rummy of skill rather than luck with joker game. there many instances i have lost a lot, with rs 125 point rummy. where you get 4 jokers with good cards and no life. if your luck is bad the opponent finishes the game in 3rounds. and youre gone. theyare somany chances one will loose more in high stake games when jokers are there.

                            1) The customer care number lines are busy, you will never get a call back also if you raise requst

                            2) As you said the reply to mails to [protected]@junglee is too too pathetic.. they reply after one motnh

                            i think one phone operator and one email operator are the only employess for jungleerummy.com

                            Due to Rs 125 POints rummy i too lost a lot of money in their site. As you said they should Introduce WITHOUT JOker games also for high stakes

                            They are earning so much money from public but service is the Worst part

                              Not registered for wrt qii-10677 inspite of winnng a ticket

                              Dear junglee rummy team, i am a regular player at your site and after playing wrtii[protected] for rs. 500 on january 3 i won a ticket for the wrtqii to be played on jan 25.
