    They send promotional messages daily on my personal mobile number. I have never visited their website. I don't know how they got my number. They send their messages from a different number each time so I can't even block them.

    For example message, I received today
    "Hi 86601422XX,

        I started playing this game from 23rd of December 2022 where I deposited INR 1000 and won INR 4000 of which I withdrew INR 2000 which was successful and i got the amount in my bank account and was playing for few days with rest of the amount and won more.

        I then made a withdrawal of INR 5000 on 31st December 2022, which was pending till yesterday and i assumed that it might be because of new year weekend. I then played few games till yesterday afternoon i.e. 2nd January 2023, and suddenly in the afternoon it started reflecting as my account is locked. Not disclosing the exact reason of why the account is freezed.

        I then sent email to the support team to which they replied to send email from registered email id. I replied back stating i just have 1 email id from which i have sent the email. I registered the account with my mobile number and it was not mandate to enter email id while creating an account.

        There is no reply to my email for more than 24 hrs now and also after sending repeated reminders. I smell this is a fraud what has happened with me as they are not justifying nor replying to emails.

        I have 1 pending withdrawal of INR 5000 + INR 1400 balance in my account.

        Please help me to recover this money from Junglee Rummy team.

        Dear Team,

        I got an email from Junglee Rummy Risk Management team that they have algorithms designed which indicate fraud play of the user based on his location, device, game play patterns, etc.

        I replied back to them asking for the exact reason of the fraud activity which I was involved with!

        I am seriously not satisfied with all the responses which I am getting from the team through emails. The algorithms did not do any internal checks when the account was created? They did not do any internal checks when I first withdraw INR 2000? The internal checks did not suspect any unethical activity when I lost my money?

        I see this is clear case of fraud which has happened to me instead of you blaming me as a fraud player due to any of your algorithmic reason. If this is the case of I am being fraud by Junglee Rummy then please state the same publicly here on this consumer complaints platform for the world to know your reality.

        I will await your response for few days to know the exact root cause of my account being locked and withdrawals being freeze along with balance in my wallet.

        Will I get any update on the trial email? If you dont want to reply and want to confirm that this is the fraud app then kindly state here so that others wont be cheated in future. This is just intolerant behavior from Junglee Rummy company for endorsing brands for advertisement and cheating on the people of India.

        I would want this to reach all the brand ambassadors of Junglee Rummy who are for the sake of money endorsing a company which is cheating people.

                                I have not subscribed to junglee rummy ever in my life, still I receive promotion sms everyday, this suggests some malpractices in procuring user information from other sites and breach of my privacy.
                                i do not want to receive any further messages from junglee rummy and it is my humble request that please stop such frivolous marketing tactics as it is quiet frustrating.

                                    I'm getting daily text messages from Junglee Rummy. I don't want to receive this messages anymore, I had make a call on helpline number of Junglee Rummy but the person who receive call is just careless, nit giving response anymore. I'm a student & O want to just focus on my studies but due to this text messages I'm just irritated. Please help me as soon as possible!
