Hi, I have withdrawn 2000 rs in today monday, but it's been denained due to incorrect id number updated and second time also it's been denained due to kyc is incomplete. Please find attached screenshot for reference. But i have already submitted my id and address proof before playing and the status of id and address proofs in verified.
