    Hi, At the time of discharge I was said that the extra bed charges which is charged in bill will be settled in the deduction amount after insurance company will approve. I today visited hospital met with 2 executive they told me the same as I was said at the time of discharge.Then they sent me to MAHESH PATIL he was so rude and his behaviour was very inappropriate and provided me with the false information.I am not the person who will shout like him in front of people so I went to HR office to meet Ms. Manisha madam.Her staff told me to meet sadana madam(billing manager) I explained her she said right the remaining amount will be returned to you or insurance company. But the MAHESH PATIL assistance was very loud and rude he said (JO MAI BOL RAHA HU WAISE HI HOGA HOSPITAL CHARGES AISE HI HAI) I said hospital policy paper says something else. He dint accepted and shouted. He is not knowledgeable proved here. I want the higher authorities to look into the matter.

            I am writing this post on behalf of my mother who passed away in this hospital almost 6 months before.She was in one of the Critical Care Unit for close to 2 months.Here is the summary of the experience, based on my visit to the hospital and interaction with the CCU doctor in charge:

            Some of their key decisions in terms of conducting life saving tests such as Bronchoscopy or CT scans are kept to the end. In my mother's case a test such as Bronchoscopy was done after her condition started deteriorating.

            One of the key pathological test was done just 5 days prior to date of death and the report came just one day prior to her death.The cost of this test alone was close to 11, 000 Rs.

            CCU doctors and their management are interested in only making money and settlement of the same at the earliest.Even if the patient is not fit to be shifted to a ward they would recommend shifting to a ward so that they can be discharged and bills be settled.In own words of the CCU doctor, one must value the CCU Bed!

              I had received Covishield vaccine from your hospital, on 26.03.21.I could download my certificate also, but the Arogyoshetu app is not allowing me to get my registration for the 2nd dose, on my Complaint, they had informed that Jupiter hospital is required to upload on Arogyoshetu then only I can go ahead for registration.                 Date of Incident - October 12th 2020
                Doctors' name - Dr. Parijat Gupte

                Appointment was given for teleconsultation for 1 PM on october 12th - never received a call, asked and made me pay online for the time but never got a call for a follow up. When i called back in the evening i was given false assurances that doctor will call back later.

                On the morning of october 13th when i called back, i was informed that doctor was not feeling well and has bumped me back to gastro specialist instead of a liver specialist. this is a gross mismanagement of people's schedule as well as providing poor patient care.

                  My daughter was admitted thrice in your thane hospital but all doctors failed or over looked to find out actual cause

                  We took her to srcc and they exactly found what we feared. Infact we had specifically asked doctor Biyani and doctor sane also doctor kasat about shunt infection or malfunction but all three neglected. I have emailed the case on tpa and info email id but no one chose to respond. I will be taking this up strongly wherever possible if I don’t get response from Jupiter management

                    Over and above the careless of the doctor (chetna bakshi), now the support/ customer care / billing staff is doing the same thing.
                    Out of my 2, 60, 000 bill amount almost 50, 000 is not approved by the Insurer ans in this 50, 000 most of the amount which is unapproved is blood testing and i am asking from last 1 month what is this test regarding.
                    Since i have been asked to arrange the blood which will be cost effective for me, so i done that now with the bill coming into it seems that arranging blood cost me 4 times higher...

                      My father is 84 yrs. Of age and patient o[censored]r hospital. He was in neuro icu in the month of july 2019. Now whenever we come for follow up at cardiology, the staff at counter do not consider that my father can not sit too long in wheel chair. I requested them to ask doctor if he can take him early considering his age. But they did not ask doctor abt it. Our appt. Is of 6.15 and we r still waiting. It is 7.30. We r really disappointed with this behavior o[censored]r staff. I request u to pl. Instruct ur staff to consider the aged people at least.

                        I went for a follow up to dr. Pradip uppal in jupiter hospital. He couldn't diagnose my disease so he suggested doing a ct scan fnac surgery test, but before that, he asked to take an opinion of dr. Swapnil, an oncologist. I asked the desk (Customer care people to let me have a talk for confirmation to proceed for the test with dr. Swapnil) but they rejected and said you need to pay the consultation fees of rs. 1000 for a 2 seconds talk. I asked them it's illogical because he isn't handling my case, i just need his opinion because he is a surgeon but they were adamant about the fees. I felt dejected and sorry for the hospital because all they do is suck money from innocent patients. There is no logic and sense left in the hospital staff. All they are doing is filling up their pockets.

                          I was admitted ccu 4 when i was in the condition to walk without support.
                          Even after doctor advised to move me to the ward at 10 am on 17th dec morning the ccu team still kept me in the ccu 4 till 10:30 pm for my discharge and tortured me keeping me away from my family and unattended with all the monitoring disconnected. Though i was fit n fine i was still in the ccu 4 room.
                          Just because they wanted to earn more through my insurance company.
                          All unnecessary tests were done.
                          But lipid profile which was a must was not done.
                          I was under the labatol infusion only till 16th dec midnight post that bo meducations were provided through iv. Only tablets.
                          Still i[censored] see the list of medicines not even half was used on me but still charged.
                          The medicines were bought at midnight and brought in my room.
                          And the same were filled in bags and robbed by a nurse from my room.
                          Why are you cheating innocent people like this.
                          I was very disappointed but was not in the state of mind. Need complete compensation for this and also the deposit refund whicg we were cgarged unnecessarily.

                            My daughter was admitted in the Hospital on November 07, 2019, her blood samples were taken on November 08, 2019 but the same did not reach to pathology department and I was told after 4 hrs that it has been lost. They have to ### again.

                            Secondly at the time of discharge, hospital staff provided me few extra medicines which were not prescribed also that amount was included in the bill. When I checked and asked for the same staff casually told me that its a mistake and they will refund me the amount without fail. Still waiting for refund.

                            Chest X ray was taken after admitting in the hospital for review of doctor but I was never provided with the film nor the reports. I do not know why the same was taken. At the time of discharge I was told that reports will be sent through courier. Still waiting for the courier.

                            Further deposit amount of Rs. 3000 was taken at the time of discharge not yet refunded and CUSTOMER CARE tel No will never respond.

                            I am really unhappy for pathetic service of the hospital . The charges of the hospital are bomb but service is zero. I will never ever recommend this hospital to anyone. Please avoid Jupiter. This is just money making organisation.

                            Hospital said deposit will be refunded after 45 days. But still not received refund of deposit. when called up today the answer is concerned person is not available.

                              Very careless and rediculious procedure...in the hospital and suffer for patient litrelly they are very careless towardstheir patient already they cencel two apoontment for biosxopy like that... N today my relatives come 45 min late bt they told me before 2 hr... Nw they cancel the apoointment... Very pathetic n careless services towords their hospital

                                Careless treatment in ct scanning that i have to shift patient to other hospital.
                                They first kept us wait for 3 hours which they have clamed for valid reasons.
                                After 3-4 hrs & than coronary angiography ct scan. After that they asked to come again as they want to repeat the test.

                                Due to their careless patient handling, i have to do the same to other hospital.

                                  My mother is admitted in jupiter hospital for surgery from 27.08.2018 to till date for further recovery
                                  In within 10 days medical expenses are shows 80000 which are more than expections

                                  When we demanding following details to ur customer care personnel...
                                  1) medical bill receipt with taxes etc
                                  2) doctor prescription details for those medicines and consumables.

                                  Customer care personal just refused to give details... And only demanding to pay outstanding daily.

                                  Customercare person gives the provisional bill details without any medicines receipt and invoice.
                                  Even there is no authorised signature on any paper by jupiter hospital staff..

                                  But daily demanding for outstanding without proper authenticate bill.

                                  Its very serious issue... Which i already forwarded to concent consumer court and our local political leaders

                                  Kindly arrange to provide details of bills with its receipt for payment of outstanding bills

                                  Do the needful.

                                    Senior Citizen Patient name Purbai Nagda patient id 33065 was discharged in month of Aug 2016 but since 2 years we have not received our refund deposit amount.

                                    There is no reply from JUPITER HOSPITAL for the same. Being senior citizen there is no help response from Jupiter hospital

                                    It's a kind request to provide pending refund of deposit amount.

                                      My wife (Priya tatiya) had small accident on 23rd aug 2017 and i had taken her to jupiter hospital, baner, pimple nilkh road. There doctor suggested to do the ct scan. We did it. And in report they have mentioned that "fracture of the left mandibular condyle and left bony external auditory canal" and asked us to admit in hospital. We were really surprised by seeing the report because we thought it was small injury. Than we decided to move to another hospital on same day and we did the complete ct scan of mondible again and in that report they found no fracture. How can the 2 reports contradict each other. And surprising even after 1 or 2 day she don't had any swelling (Which can be consider as symptom of fracture.).
                                      This is total unethical practice followed by the jupiter hospital.

                                        Despite having a prescription the hospital denied administrating the injection for my wife. The injection was required to be put at a certain specific time and we had gone to the same hospital earlier too. But this time the Dr presesnt there (Dr. Sagar Vyavahare) there was simply unaccomodating and rude and said flat no.

                                        We tried their customer care too and to no help and they would not let us contact any senior person. How is it that a hospital deny medical assistance even if there is prescription? It reflects their unprofessionalism please do let me know if there is a right place where i can register my complaint against the hospital.

                                        I m. Very sad to complaint about our medical system be it pvt or govt services at health. My uncle admitted in Ravi hospital in Vasai for the minor hairline fracture in his leg and one of the senior Doctor Dr. Dilip Dubey has operated him and charged nearly a lac of rupees. Sadly after producing a report to a very senior orthopaedic surgeon in lilavati hospital I become aware of the fact and approachef as many as 5 senior orthopaedic surgeon and all they replied the same that I was being looted by that fake doctor running a hospital in outskirts and looting the illiterate citizens, even after enquiring near hospital premises, I got information that he. Is not a surgeon and fraudulently presenting himself as surgeon and carrying such illegal activities in hospital. Such an act is a slap on vigilance department and medical authorities of state concerned. Even a shame on FDA. For not being vigilant and providing licence to carry pharmacy business without any pharmacist in such hospital attached pharmacy

                                        I have been at jupiter hospital for the treatment for my mild pimples on opd basis which Dr.Pallavi Utekar, a dermatologist diagnosed it as acne vulgaris and prescribed me medicines of more than Rs.2000 and her seperate consultation charge.I didnt get a relief of even 1%.Myself being a doctor too she did charge me her full consultation fees inspite of the receptionist confirmation for doing so.And further she wanted me to go for chemical peeling.I didnt go for followup even ones.
