Over and above the careless of the doctor (chetna bakshi), now the support/ customer care / billing staff is doing the same thing.
Out of my 2, 60, 000 bill amount almost 50, 000 is not approved by the Insurer ans in this 50, 000 most of the amount which is unapproved is blood testing and i am asking from last 1 month what is this test regarding.
Since i have been asked to arrange the blood which will be cost effective for me, so i done that now with the bill coming into it seems that arranging blood cost me 4 times higher...
