[Resolved]  Jupiter Hospital — refund less amount of deposit

My mother is admitted in jupiter hospital pune from 21/09/2018 to 23/09/2018. We have deposited 5000/- as a security deposit. On the day of discharge, they said that you have to pay 2550/- as per insurance claim. I asked about security deposit of 5000/- and tell them to cut from security amount. They refused to cut it from security amount by saying that this will refund to you after getting confirmation from insurance company. I paid 2550/- on the day of discharge. After one and half month when i went there to collect my security amount of 5000/- they returned only 2450/- by saying that you have not paid amount of 2550 /-. I had shown them the bill where it also mentioned that 2550 is paid by patient. But they refused to return 2550 amount saying that show me the receipt.
