I have ordered for a German choclate cake on 19.7.25 at about 9 PM. It is to be delivered on 20.7.25 in the slot of 11 AM to 2 PM. I have remitted an amount of Rs 645 through BHIM app. It was intended for a BIRTHDAY TO BE CELEBRATED ON 20.7.25 AT NOON BEFORE LUNCH.
It was delivered only on 20.7.25 at 6.15 evening, even after contacting your outlet.
Please give me favourable reply. Please note that i will be constrained for further steps if satisfying action is not initiated by you. You have collected delivery charge, packing charges etc. The purpose for which the cake was ordered was defeated by long delay in delivery. Was this information helpful? |
