I have ordered for a German choclate cake on 19.7.25 at about 9 PM. It is to be delivered on 20.7.25 in the slot of 11 AM to 2 PM. I have remitted an amount of Rs 645 through BHIM app. It was intended for a BIRTHDAY TO BE CELEBRATED ON 20.7.25 AT NOON BEFORE LUNCH.

It was delivered only on 20.7.25 at 6.15 evening, even after contacting your outlet.

Please give me favourable reply. Please note that i will be constrained...

I ordered a Unicorn based theme cake for my daughter's birthday on 30th Oct. The cake needed to be delivered on 5th Nov. on that day, they simply said your cake is melted and in the name of fixing this, they made it worse. They neither gave me another cake nor supported me in any manner. When I asked to give the same cake so that I can get it fixed from some other cake artist, they can't give it, I asked for the cake in discounted price as i have to pay hefty amount to the other cake artist to fix it, they denied that as well. They spoiled my daughter's birthday and I felt very bad in front of all my guests in the event.
Please save other birthdays from these people.

After successful order and payed money online. I didn't hear back from just bake. I was expecting a refund to be initiated from their end. Contacted just bake WhatsApp number but no response and tried calling them who is not even picking up the call. I tried all the just bake numbers available online and none of this is working. I also wrote to Just bake team via email.
There is no intimation or acknowledgment from their part on the status.
I need refund the amount.

I had placed a irish coffee cake order for my birthday which was on 15th of august. The order was placed on 14th afternoon and the i requested delivery at 11AM. Even the paymnet was done online and confirmed. Waited till 11:30 am for the arrival of the cake. Later when i called the local shop for where the cake was supposed to be delivered, no response at all from their side. I even personally called up for the ordering of tye cake as well as for the delivery which was denied.

I have booked a birthday cake online on 11th July for Rs.1100. First of all, the online platform was allowed to me to book a cake for 11th July evening and asked to select a franchise. I was successfully able to book a cake. I went to take a delivery of my cake to the selected franchise, they told that I should order atleast one day before, not sure why the platform was allowed to take the order. I had to cancel the order and buy a cake directly, now the cancelled order refund is still not come to me.

Just bake yelahanka on Dodballapur main road fed me chivken puff instead of paneer puff. The owner was callous also.

Had a horrible experience, I had visited this store on yesterday at 9:40Pm and purchased cake for my best friend birthday and paid 550rs.
Then later I realized that the cake is already expired cake taste it's already gone...when we all tasted we came to know that they had sold us tasteless and expired cake...
It's very shameless to the entire team of just bake really who have the intention to cheat the customers like this being a very good name at society...It was complete disappoint for me and my best friend and they really spoiled entire party mood.
Finally mark my words, here onwards by seeing my review everyone will have a negative impact on u team no one will buy or order any type of cake from ur shop.
I[censored] really care for ur customer give some value to their money it's their harden money and more than a money it's their own way of giving surprise to their loved once.
I don't have an intention to give 1 star rating also because there is no option to give less than zero.

It's annoying services from just bake,

Before buying now inwards please review the complaints and order.

Don't go advance payment better Book cash on delivery. Then only they deliver on time.

When even took order advance with extra charges, when delivering they cancelled not possible that veriety.

And support cancelled after 8 pm.

What about if customer order after 8 if any supporting needed.

The cake was not good, Bottom its mentioned as best before 18th and delivered on 21st.

I had ordered a cake from just bake padil branch for kid' s 10 th birthday on 11th december 2021.The appearance of the cake was good but i had too much colour added. Wen the cake was cut and the child had a piece of it the colour stuck to his mouth in such a way that we had to rub it wid tissue to get it off. Even after washing our hands for several times the colour didnt get off. Jus imagine the affect it would have on our body. Delivering such cakes for kids birthday is a serious offence. We had to throw away the entire cake. It was really embarrassing to let go the guests without serving them the cake. Entire party was ruined. Who will be held responsible for all this???

I have ordered a Cake for my daughter Birthday through their Website. Order Ref No. JBWSD00139609 dated on 1st Sept 2021. Almond chocolate cake for 1kg. They delivered.
They delivered old stock cake seems to be, because such a hopeless cake. it was sour taste, very bad taste. no body liked it and spoiled our birthday. Such a reputed cake shop delivered nasty cake. i tried to call them, they don't pick calls, without response. Very very Disappointing.

3 KG DBC cake was ordered on just bake official website on 6 Aug 21, 11:50 AM and the order was confirmed. On 7 Aug 21, 10:45 AM. Now I receive a call that the cake cannot be delivered in the slot that the order was placed.
Reason given is that the order was placed in midnight and due to technical issue the order placed online was accepted and transaction was processed. I have been asked to take the delivery on from Yelhanka directly or cake will be delivered at 4 PM.
Leaving the customer in helpless situation due to some technical issues is not acceptable. I cannot take this cake delivery after the birthday party is over. In such short notices there is no other cake partners who can deliver a cake.
I have the order confirmation and the call recordings for this issue and will be raising this issue in consumer court also. Informing that customer that the website was changed last week due to which there were technical issues and giving wrong hopes to customer is just not acceptable and very disappointing.
If the delivery during this slot is not possible the website should not accept the order and money while placing the order so that the customers can look for alternates and not having false hope. This was a very bad surprise on a birthday from JUST BAKE. I demand a compensation for this last minute surprise.

We had order for DBC cake on 18th July, we received the cake but taste was not good compared to last year, this was birthday cake. we had asked for cake and they had made pastry and inside they had put white layer cream instead of chocolate layers, that too we requested to make 5 to 6 kg and they said 7kg is required and charged around 7200. Paying so much money it was not good, we were not able to throw it or eat it also. we went with cake slices and asked for the examination but dint receive good feedback or little bit of amount also. this was really bad experience for us.

Orderd the cake,
Asked them if this can be deliverd to the address provided in whatsapp 4 to 5 times. They told it can be deliverd. Did the complete payment and then the just bake people are telling that we cannot refund the amount and cake also cannot be deliverd as the location of the shop was bangalore.
I was not sure on the just bake location so i had asked first itself to confirm the location
Please resolve my issue now
Now customer support is also not receiving call

After successful order and paying money online, I received a call from just bake store saying that ordered cake is unavailabile and he rejected order from his side. I didn't hear back from just bake. I was expecting a refund to be initiated from their end. But then I called up the store person again and he asked me to contact just bake WhatsApp number and from there I was redirected to other number which is not even picking up the call. I tried all the just bake numbers available online and none of this is working. I also wrote to Just bake team via email.
There is no intimation or acknowledgment from their part on the status.

This is regarding the just bake fraud happening wrt to online orders. I have ordered online my anniversary cake from just bake on 31st March 2021. But they have cancelled it saying the flavor not available but refund has not made to me. I have bought dark chocolate cake for 850 rupees which tasted bitter and foul. I want to escalate this issue as this is 2nd time I am facing this issue.

We have ordered a cake for our 10th anniversary on 7th Mar 2021. A cake design was selected and when we received the cake on the day of our anniversary the design, name written on the cake are all wrong and was totally dissatified. We went to the shop spoken with the person whom we ordered and he gave a number as so called customer care. Those who spoke with us from the CC number were so rude that they don't care about their customer concerns and doesn't have any alternative solution for the mistakes they did. They were trying to close the issue just by giving a discount and how will that resolve the issue and frustrations we faced the day. It was totally a mess on our great occasion which the Just Bake spoiled by provided a cake which is not we ordered and expected.
We were totally disappointed with the cake and with customer care, the way spoken and disconnected the call while speaking, and doesnt want to listen to the customer. They are okay for us to register a complaint.
We order a cake on an occasion and when it gets ruined its all pain.
Just remember while ordering cakes with JUST BAKE CC is really WORST & POOR

On 13.01.2021 I ordered one cake for my wife’s birthday celebration through just bakes online ordering portal.Morning 11.32 I placed the order and made the payment through online mode and just bake confirmed the order for delivering the cake on 13.1.2021 at 5pm-6pm slot.But 5.30pm one Lady Hema (Just bake -Yelahanka) called and informed cake is not available.I arranged all party based on this order and got shocked with this information.
My special day this frauds spoiled and now I am trying to get my refund but no one is responding.How I can get at least my money back.

worst online order process of just bakes. they do not know how to run a process in a big and demanding city like Bangalore. I have ordered a cake yesterday and this was supposed to get delivered today. however in last minute when we chased up post the committed delivery slot (11am), it was told that they can't deliver. though I live at a quite connected area. they yet haven't refunded our money as well. I am feeling cheated and helpless. Fraud company. They are taking money but not delivering the cake neither refunding it. Please help us.

I had placed an online order Order ID :JBWED008314 of Rusty Rasberry Chocolate cake 500gm on 30th Dec to be delivered on 31st December, the payment mode was online, they have included delivery charges during payment . When i called the store manager he said home delivery is not possible have issue with online order and asked me to cancel the order and get refund . I have made repeated calls to customer care, but the calls are unanswered .

I have ordered for Ice Cake white Forest and the taste was so pathetic and taste less . It was so embarrassed situation at birthday party no one ate that cake it was fully dried up and no ice or cream stuffing . I wanted to surprise my sister on her wedding anniversary but just bake spoiled everything. I have ordered for rusted Roseberry flavor paying 575 rs via net banking. I ordered around 12pm, instructed to deliver within 5pm. I received a call at 6;55pm saying that the flavor ordered was not available. They might have told it while taking the order itself. I would have managed with some other vendor. At 6:55 pm I was helpless to order with other bakery and moreover I have paid to just bake. Utter disappointment. Finally at 7:35 pm cake reached was smudged and tasted not so good.

I ordered a cake and paid 550rs online they were supposed to deliver the cake at 4 but none responded now at 6 when I called customer care they redirected to vidyanagar Guntur branch, that branch person responded and said delivery guys weren’t available so I kept waiting for 2 hours now at 8 when I called vidyanagar they were very rude and were repeatedly using bad words and they finally said they weren’t responsible for the cake now even the customer service persons are not responding calls I lost my 550 and I don’t know how to claim the money back

I have ordered cake from your justbake for home delivery on 16/09/2020. It has been acepted and also order is confirmed but while delivery on 19/09/2020 i dint get home delivery. The order received store person is telling me to collect the cake from the store.
If youre unable to do home delivery means why you are giving confirmation for home delivery.
Its too despotinted me for our day we dint recived cake and also not able to celebrate the birthday.

Yesterday (9-feb-20) i bought a dark brown cake (1kg) from poorvikas eatout arekere hulimavu, bangalore. My son's b'day is today 10th feb. So i asked them whether the cake is fresh. Looking at it, i was suspicious as it doesnt look fresh. There were 2 guys in the shop, i asked both of them. They said its fresh & received only this morning ie., 9th. But today the cake was not at all good. Pls note i'm regular cutomer...

I had a most disgusting experience with just bake, when they denied to deliver the themed cake on my daughter's birthday. The order was placed much in advance and the payment was made right then. I did not receive any call from them and finally on the day of delivery (Scheduled for 3 - 5 pm), i received a call from them at 3 pm that they cannot deliver the cake. Instead they can arrange a normal 1 kg cake and the call was disconnected. I called up their customer care and my call got disconnected more than 20 times. I later tried connecting them on whatsapp, but still failed to get the themed cake for my daughter's birthday. This lasted till 7 pm and finally the cake never got delivered. With no option at hand, i asked for refund.
