Yesterday delivered online order cake ref no jbn0044456 but bad cake given with kerosene smell spoiled my birthday part, they redirect to hessraghatta just bake they delivered cake and evening I called to inform this bad cake they also agree complaint is there and I will also lodge complaint and amount refund with in 2 to 3 day kindly refund my amount immediately

Ordered for a 1 kg death by chocolate cake on 25/04/17 to be delivered at meerpet from karmanghat. Though the cake reached on time while cutting it found that it was so hard that even the knife got broke.. I called up the person he says that the cake which i ordered will be hard only, i dint expect this from just bake. The store manager tells that you can compare the cake from other store

I bought a 1kg pastry from Just bake for my little daughter's birthday on 26-Mar-2017, Sunday. When consumed it was stinking & found under the pastry that it was expired. I could not go and complain personally because i purchased it in the late evening around 8:30pm and we consumed it after the dinner. Under the pastry it was mentioned to be consumed on or before 25-Mar-2017. The cake was supposed to be disposed by them beyond 24 hours. Instead it was kept in the shelf to sell it & make money out of it. I later got to know from many of my friends that Just Bake cakes are very bad.

I had ordered a cake in just bake on march 14 for my parents anniversary as per the order it had told that it will be delivered on 14th march at 12.30 pm but i dint get the cake. On march 16th when i called them they told that they have received the payment and not aware of the ordered cake they told me to whats app the transaction id and they started chatting in whats app the person who was chatting in whats app was very rude and dint get the required information there. So again i contacted the call centre [protected] again it was the same problem there i dint get any information there too i asked for the person name who texted me in whats app so that i can complain but they dint tell the name and disconnected the call. The person who responded me in call was nitesh

I placed an online order for cake delivery on JustBake.in site on 22 feb I received a mail regarding order placed successfully .I made online payment
But they deliver the cake .
next day i called customer care and asked for refunding.
they said they will do that in 2-3 days and i wll get a confirmation mail within 2 hours.
i didn't get any mail from them.
After that i called them 4-5 time.
they say same thing but never revert back.
I asked them to give manager number, they put me in hold and cut the phone.

I had order a cake online @ www.justbake.in about a week back to be delivered on Feb 25th for my twin daughters birthday. I placed the order online about a week back after deciding on the preference, as they stated that home delivery is available. I called them on Feb 24th to confirm the order. Although they confirmed the order, they mentioned that home delivery is not available and that I could collect it from the justbake outlet. I was still ok with that and the estimated time of delivery was between 1:00 to 1:30. I reached the outlet at around 12:55 to hear that the cake was not delivered. When I called the customer care, they offered to call me back within 10 minutes after checking with the delivery team, but that didn't happen. After speaking with them multiple times and waiting at the outlet over 1.30 hours and repeated instances of offering call back which was never fulfilled, I decided to go back home. Ever time they assured that the cake will be delivered. After multiple calls from home, someone finally called me back to inform that production team screwed-up my order and that it will not be delivered. I must tell you just bake, you just spoilt my birthday plans for the daughters which was extremely important for me. Please be assured that I will not place orders with you ever and will also let my family and friends known on how you spoilt the birthday plans.

I had placed order for a cake on 10th january 2017 to be delivered on 11th january 2017. But cake did not deliver,. Upon enquiry delivery team tells that they have not received the order. So when again checked with customer relationship team, they are continually saying my complaint is filed and will arrange for a call back. But i haven't got the call back yet.

I ordered cake from just bake but once i ordered they is no response from just bake they are just fooling people by taking order... Guys please don't buy anything from just bake it's fraud... Am trying to reach them since 3hrs but no response...

I had paced an online order Order ID: JBSDM002721of Irish Coffee Cake 450 gm on 20th dec to be delivered on 21st dec, the payment mode was online, they have not delivered the order, the assigned store manager says that they have issues with online orders and asked me to cancel the order and get a refund, repeated calls to customer care and mails sent are going unanswered, they are playing with people's emotion and unprofessional service providers.

I placed order on 28.11.16 at 9.56 thru online and made payment also thru online for Birthday cake My Order JBN0030540. Requested to Delivery Birthdaycake on 29.11.16 timing 4.30 to 5.30 pm. But they not delivered on time. So I called customer care 6.26pm onwards.. tried upto 9.30 pm.. No one gave response properly and also not delivered so far.

Even i called 30.11.16 to customer care they are simply say cancel the order. i ordered cake for my daughter birthday. they spoiled entire mydaughter birthday celebration...

i need to take action against order issue . How to proceed in consumer court ?please give idea

We had a cake ordered for my birthday. Order number is JBN0030521.
Even after three days the cake is not delivered.
When i call to the customer care, they just say that, the cake will be delivered this evening, but nothing is done at all.
I also contacted the manager of the store of Bangalore whose name is "Prashanth Kumar", he seems of no use at all.
The worst people I have ever come accross.

I ordered chocolate fantasy designer cake (according to them) for 900 rupees on 02AUG2016. I thought the cake will be covered with chocplate but there was no trace of chocolate instead they had covered it with colored layer. Inside I had selected chocolate fudge. But these people don't know what a fudge is they just put cream filling. You know the worest part, the color was sticking to our hands. They sell fake cakes. Not worth it. They have fake customer enquiry number and email I'd . I mailed to r.[protected]@justbake.in it bounced back. I want my money back and an explanation as to why you sell fake cake?

I ordered an eggless cake for my parents anniversary. The cake contained egg, and i am sure that it had egg because my dad is allergic to egg and soon after eating the cake he got the allergy. When i asked the salesperson he started shouting at me.
Second incident happened few days ago, i ordered chocolate coffee orange cake. The cake had just chocolate. You couldnt taste anything except chocolate, and the chocolate was also not upto the mark. Very disappointed. So i called him and told him about the cake. First he argued that at least chocolate is there. Seriously? Then he was like come and give me the cake and take your money back. So now in middle of party he expects me to get the cake back to him. What the hell. Just bake is most pathetic shop i have ever been to.

This is regarding the JUST BAKE store loacated in Manikonda, puppalguda, Alkapuri colony, Hyderabad, Telangana.

The store was opened couple of months ago, I visit the store almost every week, and yesterday went I went to have Veg Burger I see a drastic change in Price like Veg buger a month ago was 45rs and this month it 70rs, on questioning the store boy who is at counter he said out side prices have increased.I am not sure what price made then to increase 45 rs burger to 70 and even the quality dropped.

Store owner should understand onething, when we pay we notice everythingwe are not denying that you should not put up the price but it should be sensable, not like 45 to 70 all of a sudden and result is quality dropped.

Again we stressed the store person on the same, finally he say Franchise people increased so we also increased.This is really not a good thing.

It is not Just about money, atleast there should be some Genuine reason or some ethics while you are doing a business.

Similar kind of experience I faced today. There was option to place order online but I wanted cake with cream, so I called [protected]/222 which is mention in hope page of just bake on 5th Feb . I ordered 1 Kg Black Forest for my Daughter birthday which is on 6th Feb and asked to deliver between 5:00 to 6:00 pm as I was not to buy directly from the outlets. I was busy in office and came home at 5:30 pm by that time still cake was not delivered, then I called to the same no's they said cake was already delivered., but i asked phone no of the delivery boy. when I called to that no they said it will be delivered with in 1 hour, then I asked form which location it will be delivered they said from Varthur, i was wondered becaused I stay in Kudlu Gate near HSR, then I asked whether you really deliver as its far away from Varthur, he said he will update in next 5 minute. As I didn't get any calls again i called them wheat is the status, they said we can't deliver and we discussed with customer care and they will give me call back. I was running out of the time and I called to CC after 10 minutes, they are asking for my address, which I provided earlier day. I lost patience and when u r going to deliver, we already placed order and they will deliver from nearest outlet. After 10 minutes from Begur outlet which is again far away from my location and they willldeliver after 1.5 at 8.00 pm.But by that time all kids are wating fro cake cutting and i said it will be too late and I want to escalate, then atleast they provide one no who is heading Just Bake bangalore ([protected] Mr kishan). He dint pick my called after multiple tries . So finally I went to HSR to buy the cake and still want to discuss with Mr Kishan, called again but his phone was busy and later he called me . I told him the matter and he said he will update in 5 minutes... I think that 5 minutes will never come for him.. I wanted to celebrate my Kids BirthDay in happy mood but I lost time ...unhappy

Even after compliant to Mr Kishan no use. I think for him 5 minutes never come ...

Some one as to take actions against them ... I don't know to how to proceed .. literally I was so frustrated .

I ordered the cake for home delivery on 30th September evening around 6.30 pm from Hosa Road, Bangalore by calling on the customer care number given in their website. The person on the other side assured that it will be delivered before 9pm. I kept on waiting but no one came. I even tried calling but after 9pm, the number was not accessible. More over after 2 days, I am getting a msg from the number [protected], "We missed your call yesterday. This is to reconfirmation that our delivery team met your expectations." Heights..!! If you can't deliver, why to take the order...?? And after that receiving such messages. Now. Just Bake is cut from my list of cake shops.

I placed an online order for cake delivery on JustBake.in site on 30th July at 12:29 am. I received a mail regarding order placed successfully but there was not any details regarding cake so I replied to that mail immediately to just bake customer care if order placed successfully or not but i didn't receive any reply from them, Hence I called justbake team in the early morning of 30th July at 9:23 am to confirm my order and then they confirmed it that my order would be delivered on 30th July only between 17:30 to 18:30 but it did not happen. Then I was Continuously calling just bake customer care number many times but no one picked it up. Then at last I replied bake to the mail chain that we had and asked about my order status at 8:02 pm and they replied at 9:19pm that my order was confirmed and would be delivered on se day but at the end it didn't and my emotions and feelings were hurt by just bake because it was my sister's birthday and she was expecting a cake from me and due to this unexpected event it did not happened. At the end just bake hurted mine and my sister's feelings! Even I tried to call just bake number of times and then luckily I was able to talk to just bake team and asked about my order status and they carelessly said that due to some issue cake was not delivered! I asked what was the issue and they were not telling me the truth. Then I asked them to let me talk with their manager then they said manager is not available. And then I shouted as a customer that I will file a complaint against just bake then your manager will talk to me, after hearing this they immediately gave me manager number and I had a conversation with her and she said I talked with delivery team and they will call you. But I did not receive any call so I called back to her and then after I received a call from delivery boy saying due to address issue cake was not delivered, such a rubbish reason though I provided fully address with each details. And at the last he was trying to convince me by saying he would deliver the cake on 31st July and i said there was no point of cake delivery on 31st July as my sister's birthday was already gone. So at the end I talked with just bake manager and said I will file a complaint against you and I would like to refund my money back. And just bake team is so shameles and inhuman that they even didn't say a SORRY! Here I would like to file a complaint against them and would like to take strict action against them. I have each proof for what ever I have said above. Please help me on this to take action against just bake so that they will not hurt someone's feelings in future. Thanks, Bhaumik Tanna
