**Very Disappointing Experience with Justdial – Business Owners Please Be Careful**
We took a Justdial business connection for **Voax Tours & Consulting, Kochi**, after being approached by their sales representative **Joyal**. Based on the explanations given regarding the benefits, leads and services, we decided to proceed.
Unfortunately, our experience after making the payment has been very disappointing.
**Our major concerns:**
• **Sales commitment:** Before taking the connection, we received repeated calls and explanations about the benefits and expected leads.
• **No proper support after payment:** Once the payment was made, getting a response from the concerned representative became extremely difficult.
• **Salesperson not responding:** The person who convinced us to take the connection, **Joyal**, is not properly responding to our calls/messages and has not visited our office to understand or resolve our concerns.
• **Automatic bank deductions:** Our bank account has been linked for automatic deductions, and approximately **₹3, 000 is being deducted**, while we are trying to cancel the service.
• **Difficulty cancelling:** Despite our attempts to contact the concerned people, we have not received proper assistance or a clear resolution for stopping the service and further deductions.
• **Lead quality concerns:** We have received several enquiries/messages that appear to be spam or very low-quality leads.
• **Spam numbers:** When we tried calling some of the numbers back, the calls were either not answered or the numbers were showing as **spam/reported numbers**.
• **Concern about lead generation:** Some of the enquiries have raised concerns for us regarding the authenticity and quality of the leads being generated.
• **Big difference before and after payment:** The level of communication and assistance we received before taking the connection was completely different from what we experienced after payment.
We understand that no advertising platform can guarantee that every lead will become a customer. Our concern is about **transparency, lead quality, customer support, cancellation and continued automatic deductions despite our attempts to stop the service.**
**Our sincere advice to other business owners:**
Before taking any Justdial paid connection, please:
• Get all sales promises in writing.
• Understand exactly how leads are generated.
• Verify the payment and renewal terms.
• Understand the automatic debit process.
• Ask clearly about cancellation and refund procedures.
• Keep all WhatsApp messages, emails and payment records.
• Make sure you have a proper contact person for support after payment.
We are sharing this review based on **our actual experience** so that other small businesses can make an informed decision and avoid getting into a similar situation.
We hope Justdial management will take this seriously, contact us, stop the unwanted deductions and provide a proper resolution.
