Just Tickets — Want to refund money

Too worst website i have ever seen...we have booked our tickets for soggade chinni nayana mv on 20/jan/2016...money is debited from my account..but tickets are not yet received...and money which is debited is not credited...credit the into my account.immediately

Yesterday calling from justickets.in he was taking your balance 248 credit in statebank of india account. But not credit in my account please tell me once.
