Sir, The following is brought to your kind notice: Dear Gopal krishna Thank you for showing interest in associating with us. As discussed over telephone, we are offering you Fixed Appointments in Mumbai for Kotak life insurancea connection leads, as you have expressed interest in our services, we would like to tell you that this service provides you with your required package Mdrt oppmaints seeing your satisfaction we can proceed further with the higher package. Membership Actual cost Service tax @ 18 % Total Cost Package Leads 15000 2700 17700 MDRT All the given leads MDRT and verified from our Quality Department.100% Conversion for Privelage Package we provide if any leads is not converted we will replace those lead within 3days from the date of Lead delivery Lead Exchange policy shall be applicable only on the conditions mentioned below:- • If the contact number of the lead is s/o, not reachable, NPC or RNR for 3 continuous business days from the date of lead delivery • If the lead states – “ that he has not spoken to Justby service expert and expresses dis- interest in meeting you Please find the Bank details as below: Payment Mode Offline : Deposit cash/cheque or NEFT at the below details Account Name - Justby Account Number[protected] Branch Name - Gokul road IFSC code - icic0001426 Your package will be activated once your cheque get cleared The Cheque should be in favor of "JUST BY" Online : You can also make online payment by website Justby.co.in using debit/credit card or internet banking The payment was made by me on assurance of providing the leads for MDRT by Ms.Pooja Sharma/Ms.Priti. Now, both them neither bothered to call back, nor lifting the phone. Till date, no proper leads have been provided by them. Ms.Priti madam had prromised me by saying DON'T WORRY, I AM THERE, when I expressed my concern for my payment and MDRT qualification (in Insurance Industry). I had requested them through my various mails, to refund my money or help me in my MDRT qualification, for which I paid Rs.17700/- (inclusive of GST), as mentioned above. Now, again, i am requesting them to refund my money back, or else provide the leads for MDRT qualification, as per the agreed terms of the contract. Now, they are not responding to my calls.
