First there sales agent gave incomplete misleading info about contract now My business colapsed n if asked just dial to stop my Ecs service n cancel Ecs mandate but they are not closing it even after repeated requests. Plz stop n cancel my Ecs mandate....

I am business owner of Indian Business Service Force, i have been miscommunicated by Just Dial Sr. Sales Manager Mr. Ravi Prakash Singh
and Taken 4720/- say First two month Advance EMI and after a week saying your service will active after clearance of 1st EMI, I said i have paid 1st 2 EMIs. Now i saying No that is last two month Advance EMI.
So by this manner they are cheating to the customer, They are confusing to the customer...

We are from Cognizance Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Science P Ltd.
and registered for just dial services but we are not receiving inquiries. The representative also is not responding.
We were informed that SMS services will be added for our new Omni account but from the date of renewal ie., 12/06/2023 it has not been added and no information provided either.

Fraud Agency Duping Money In Name of Arranging House Maid Gave rs. 5000 on 22nd june 2023 as a booking amount however after that no pick up of calls or coordinating any logistics. I was very specific and was told a maid and housekeeping staff will be arranged in two days. Now no one is picking up calls after deposit made. Mr. Ajith and Mr. Rahul - sales executives from Just Dial falsely claimed and received a deposit for my contract in August 2022, stating that it will be used for service or refunded. They have stopped providing the agreed-upon service from November 2022.

I have register a company advertisement with Just Dial.

I have been asking them to close the account from last 6 months.
But instead of closing, they have been deducting money through ECS.

Please suggest how to proceed....

I had my busniess profile listed in justdail and paid for 1 year,
due to fininacial problem i couldnt renew it.
Even after saying it people keep on calling me on daily basis saying that it is a system automated call, and anoying me.
Please stop calls from your call center....

Repeated calls coming from just dail for subscription, every time I told them that i don’t have any interest in that till they are called me and harassed me....

I have taken a plan on justdial. Now I am not running the clinic anymore. I wanted to close the account by calling customer care every time they tell me about call back that they will call with 24-48 hours but even after calling 4-5 times there is no call back. No replys on email. My ticket id reference is RCS-V2BRVPX2 even after generating the ID there has been no reply since. Please close my account....

We have raise request 3-4 time in last 4 months for ECS disable on Justdial as we dont want their service. But we noticed that every month they deduct amount from our current account. I wanted to files the complaint against Justdial and also want refund for last 02 month ECS amount
