I am writing to formally lodge a grievance against JustDial regarding the deficient services provided under my subscription for "Alisha’s Artistry (THE MAKEOVER)" Despite repeated attempts to seek redressal, my concerns remain unaddressed.
I had subscribed to JustDial services with the promise of receiving 3 to 5 daily leads for my business. However, the services delivered were grossly deficient, with significantly fewer leads provided. Despite multiple follow-ups,
Their marketing manager Shantanu Sarkar…+[protected]…deficiency persisted, constituting a breach of service commitments.
Additionally, JustDial's insistence on a "no refund policy" conflicts with the provisions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, particularly Section 2(47), which defines and prohibits unfair trade practices such as misleading representations regarding service quality.
I request the Consumer Grievance Redressal Authority to take cognizance of this matter and direct JustDial to refund the down payments made amounting to ₹6800 and ₹3400 monthly Ecs. If the refund is not processed within seven (7) days, I seek further action for breach of contract, unfair trade practices, and compensation for inconvenience caused.
I’m not also not able to cancel my ecs & JUST DIAL is not closing from their end
