I, Sameer Roy, am filing a complaint against Justdial due to non-resolution of my grievance. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support via email and chat on [13/10/2025], I have not received a proper response.

I made ₹5, 664 a payment for services and shared all necessary details, including invoices and receipts. However, Justdial has failed to provide my Consumer Registration Number or resolve my issue.

I request immediate action to address my grievance. Attached are screenshots of chats, invoices, and emails as proof.
