Hi, Just dial said it is three months trial period i am signing up to and did not inform about continuing my contract after this trial period. Now, they are deducting subscription fees from my bank account every month. Customer care is pathetic and not resolving my issue. They do not transfer my call to the retaining/ cancellation team nor anyone is calling me back. I want to end my relationship with just dial and stop this harrassment from them.
