[Resolved] JustDial.com — I want to close my account | |||||
I book a add here with sai property dealer name amit krishnani but recently i closed my business so i do not wish to continue my add here as my business is closed so pls closed my accout and stop the ecs which is conitued from bank of baroda and pls refund my money. According to telephone conversation they r not ready to close my account. Ur service provider misguide me when i signed the contarac of my add he told me that if i not satisfied than i could close my account but now they totaly disagrre with this statement and they told me that i have to continou this add. I request to u look in this matter other wise i fill rti against u and also fill complaion agains u in consumer court for cheat me by disgudiying me... Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had opted for a service by justdial for which monthly ECS was paid but after i have stopped the service the Ecs is still being deducted and hence i m losing my money so i want to stop it and also refund!!
its been 6-7 months that my money is been deducted.!
