JustDial.com — justdial deducting money in lockdown | |
I was been deducted money in the month of april 2020 when there is a complete lockdown so i didn't maintain balance in the may 2020 but then cheque was bounce and the cheque bounce penaly is around 2900rs for the cheque amount of 3540. This is unfair from the justdial company for the customers. Justdail should give service and charge money not like this, charging money from the customers else cheque will be bounced, doing like thi in the lockdown period and giving pain & struggle to the customer. So, justdial company should earn money from the customer but the customer should lose money or cheque bounce will happen. Really, the company management didn't think about the customers whom becuase you are earning money. Becuase of your unfair policies i lost money and cheque bounce will be reflected in cibil history which means becuase i availed service with justdail my cibil report is collapsed but justdial is enjoying with customers money in lockdown period Was this information helpful? | |
