We are already mailed multiple times / multiple jd staff are spoken on esc cancellation, where there is business is not been given from aug'17, how one can take payment without even resolving customer complaint from last month, over and above team commits 48 hrs it would be resolved and they they steal money from our account,
Assured the resolution on ecs cancellation since aug'17 since there is no leads / queries shared from your end, only ecs payment are taken, which liable for refund, when there is no enquirers shared as per agreement how can you guy's can take money,
My view on jd is one should not do any any business deals with jd they are mastered the art of cheating customers and steeling money by way giving corporate face
