[Resolved] JustDial.com — Not getting correct leads and following up from past 1 month to stop ECS | |||||
I have been following up with the sales person - Ashish Mantri from Pune for past 1 month to stop ECS since I havent got any correct lead. Begging this person Ashish from 3 March 17 on email and phone but no response to stop ECS. When i signed a contract, I was informed that we can terminate the contract in 3 months but he is not giving any response now. Their customer care is sending standard script in email response.
